Do you know of any companies that rent vans large enough for 10 people?

There are also some local companies that rent out these sorts of vans for local use, but they are not right at the airport. Also, with these rentals, you very often have to pay mileage on top of the daily rate. One other thing to consider is that a van this size can be a little tricky to drive if you are not used to such a large vehicle.

If you have two people who can drive, my advice is to split the party into two smaller vehicles; it's usually cheaper. If you only need the transport to and from the airport, consider using a car service; they have large vehicles available.

Note: Out of curiousity, I checked a weekly rate on a Ford E-350 van w/ Budget out of MCO, in June. It came to just under $800.
I knew this was pricey; my company sometimes rents big vans when we have customer meetings, but only for 1-2 days, not a long time.
