Hey you! I loved your anniversary updates on FB. Looks like you had a great time. Greg and I are trying to decide where to go this fall for our 10 year..I am thinking Mayan Riviera, but don't know if he will be down with that. I figure it is a combo beach vacay with lots of other things to do, too!!

So, up 5lbs? You will blast those right off! You know you can!!!!!! Week 4 will definitely help;) Holy running, Batman!! I am debating whether to do a couple extra days of wk4 while we are at WDW, just to keep up. I don't want to backslide a ton when we get home. What do you think? I know I could run along the river to POFQ and back...

Hi Nickie! I hope those 5 lbs come off super fast. Don't feel too bad....I gained 8 last week. No more Deluxe Dining for me. I think we spent so much time eating that we didn't walk near as much as we normally do...that coupled with an awesome room close to the lobby and the pool was bad news. I finished day 2 of week 1 (C25K) last night with no issues. I may do it a couple of extra days this week as I really want to get rid of some of the extra weight. I gained almost half of what I had lost since the first of the year. :sad2: :sick:

I did week 4 today (day 1) and I didnt think it was too bad. I was really wondering if I would be able to run the 5 minutes but I did it and was SO HAPPY after- It feels so good after doesnt it!!?? I think you should run from POR to POFQ and do the week 4. I think that would be a great run and then you will not feel as bad for eating all that yummy Disney food!!!

I know- why dont you guys come to Boston for your anniversary. :rotfl2: The cape is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey!! Ok so we are both in the same boat.... but at least you were in Disney!! Were you able to do a run while you were there? I am SO excited for you to start your trip report!!!!! I have to say that I am enjoying the C25K more and more each week. :goodvibes

Way to go on the C25K-I was a runner in high school and it is tough for me to get back into it but I will. I am training for the Brreast Cancer 3 day walk now-60 miles in 3 days.
The race for the kids sounds so fun-girls would love it. We don't have fall break but I have no issue pulling my kiddos out of school.

Thanks Connie! Bambi Night was fun. Owen was a little crazy tonight but it was nice. I ate bad again! I seem to have lost my motivation. I think once I start eating bad it is SO much harder for me to get back on track. UGH

Rafting would be cool- Too much adventure for me... :rotfl2: I would rather lay on a beach. Do you have any good lake spots?
 
I love my hubby for putting the music on my IPOD because I can't tell you how annoying it was tracking the seconds with my stop watch!

I keep meaning to ask you where your DH got the music. I want to start the C25K program, but have been holding back because I didn't want to use a stop watch either! :rotfl:
 
Weigh in- this week I was down 3 pounds... almost back to the 30 lb mark! BUT I really have been cheating bad... I seemed to have LOST my motivation. I think I need a good scare again from my Dr. It's crazy- I get within 2 pounds of my first HUGE goal and then I loose my motivation. What the heck is wrong with me.

C25K- This week I started week 4! I do LOVE it! It amazes me that I can run for 5 minutes..... when 4 weeks ago I couldnt last the 60 seconds.... i was actually stopping at 40 or so and couldnt run anymore. (CRAZY!!!!) Anywho- I do really enjoy it and I enjoy just doing something alone (NO KIDS) that makes me feel good after!!!


Trip News!!!
So I thought I would write down the plans for each day of the trip - I think the plans are "final" now! Hopefully this will not be too boring for you all... I just want to have it all down so you can all let me know what you think and if you have any ideas or tips for us!!

Day One: Friday, January 27th 2011

I am waiting for Jet Blue to release flights- should be soon!! I want the earliest flight out!

Arrive at MCO - hopefully by 11:00
Magical Express to POFQ

Check in - hopefully all our rooms will be near eachother! We requested building 5 or 6 and got waterfront rooms! :cloud9:

Take boat from POFQ to DTD - My favorite part of staying at POFQ is the boat!! :lovestruc

Lunch at WPE or Earl of Sandwich :confused:

Little shopping:woohoo:

Boat back to POFQ

Meet up with Jeff (Wayne's Brother and his family) :hug: - We would have last seen Jeff at Disney in January 2010, so I am sure another tearful reunion!

Unpack - get garden grocer order

5PM - Hop on a bus to MK and walk to Contemporary

6PM - Dinner @ Chef Mickeys :yay: - This is our first night tradition!!!!

After dinner, watch Wishes from 4th floor at Contemporary - We usually go to the Poly after to watch them from the beach but this time I thought we would try out the Contemporary. Has anyone seen them from the 4th floor?

Go back to the hotel and meet up with Chris and his family (They are going to Universal on Friday) :hug:

It will be almost 2 years that Jeff and Chris have seen eachother so while I think an early night to bed is a great idea, I just don't think it is going to happen!!

I had searched on Google for C25K Playlists and a few came up. The one I downloaded I really wouldnt suggest! I didn't realize it but now that I am listening to it the music isnt really good and the language.... Let's just say I look around and hope that nobody can hear it while I run!!:rotfl2: I should really get another one on there!! This one seems to have some options!

Your day 1 looks nice and relaxing! A great way to start a vacation! I can't imagine that you'll be getting to bed early that night! Hopefully, you'll be able to al least get the boys to bed at a decent time!!:thumbsup2

Keep up the good work, because you are risin up, straight to the top, had the guts, got the glory. Went the distance now you're not gonna stop, just a woman and her will to survive! It's the eye of the tiger, it's the thrill of the fight! :laughing:

Thank you!! I also cant believe I can run for 5 minutes- yesterday I nearly passed out! :rotfl: When I started week one I could only run for 40 seconds and I had to stop. It was SO hard to get to the 60 seconds and I thought that I wouldnt get passed week one.... but then I got the music on my ipod- I dont even look at the clock... I just listen to when they say stop running and I am doing it. Keep trying and try to not look at the clock!!!!:thumbsup2

Ok so here is a look at Day 2!

Wake up at 7:00 after what I think is going to be a very late night- all catching up!!

I will have Fruit/Cereal from Garden Grocer for my crew, and I think everyone else will use up some snack credits in the food court for breakfast. QUESTION: this is the first time in awhile not doing the deluxe dining plan.... Do I buy the mugs? We do drink coffee every morning and sometimes in the afternoon too.

Head to the bus stop at 8AM and go to Epcot! While I was at the Poly, the bus stop was pretty far from our room, and I remember thinking how much I liked how small the POFQ was and how close the bus stop was from the rooms! :thumbsup2

Our plan is to spend the morning doing Mission Space, Soarin, Test Track, Nemo, Figment, and Space Ship Earth! Hopefully we can do all that and leave around noon.

Once back at POFQ, we will meet up with Scott and Carrie who will have arrived from Chicago and hop on the boat with the whole crew and head to DTD for lunch at EOS!

After lunch and a little walking around DTD, we will all head back to POFQ and rest a little and get ready for the night!

Around 5PM we will take the bus back to Epcot and walk around the World Showcase.

Dinner is at 6:30 at the new Mexican Restaurant. - Pending Wendy's review :rotfl:

After dinner we will walk around and have some drinks and have a chance to just hang out with eachother while we are waiting for Illuminations! :lovestruc I LOVE Illuminations!! This will be our first night with ALL of us together and I think Illuminations will be a perfect ending!

I will have to be reunited with my old pal...

Your plans for Day 1 & 2 look really good. We usually buy mugs when we are at Disney. Everything is really close at POFQ so you would probably get your money's worth. :goodvibes
