My Mom & I do the Garden View Tea as an annual tradition. We absolutely love it Each time we get the Grand Tea which consists of the following:

The Grand Tea - The classic English tradition of Afternoon Tea, Grand Floridian style. We offer you a variety of tea sandwiches, scones and jam tarts, followed by your choice of our freshly baked tea pastries or English trifle, accompanied by a glass of Domaine Ste.-Michelle sparkling wine and your choice of tea. $25.50 per guest (Example of tea sandwiches may include: cucumber with watercress, shrimp salad with dill, chicken salad with almonds, grilled pear with gorgonzola, and egg salad, each on a different bread.)

Romano's Macaroni Grill

That night we dined off property at Romano's Macaroni Grill. For us this restaurant is strongly associated with Florida. When my grandparents lived in Fort Myers, Florida they took us to "Macaroni's" every year. Its good hearty italian food at a fantastic price.

Unfortunately I dont have any pictures

We started with a Mozzarella Frito, three crescent shaped wedges of gooey cheese fried and topped with marinara sauce and basil pesto. Mmmmm.

My parents both made their own pastas.
Mom - Angel Hair pasta with marinara and parmesan
Dad - same as above but add shrimp

I had Mama's Trio which was Lasagna, Chicken Parmesan and a Chicken Cannelloni.

Everything was delicious!

This was a slightly odd food day, I'll warn you in advance.

It started wonderfully

This is easily one of our top 3 CS restaurants.

Dad & I each had the St Louis Ribs. Hidden Mickey completely unintentional LOL I just noticed it now

Waters, BBQ Chicken Salad and side of Onion Rings.

The next meal was more out of necessity than planning. We ventured to Epcot with the intention of dining around the world. However, after riding Soarin' the heavens opened up and we were essentially stuck in The Land.

So, we grabbed a small bite to eat and hunkered down in hopes of evading the downpour we ended up less than successful in the downpour evasion area)

I grabbed a kid's meal of mac & cheese and a mini corn muffin, as well as a kid's coke. My Mom got a bowl of minestrone soup and Dad got Doritos (bot pictured)

Everything was good, not great, but it filled the gap.

Later that night I was starving so I popped down to Roaring Forks

I am very happy to report that i like the chicken breast nuggets EVEN better than the old strips. The coating is the exact same but the actual chicken tastes fresher for some reason. I also like the higher chicken to coating ratio

After our Around the World at Epcot on a Segway Tour we headed over to China for a bite to eat. Everything was good, but we have had better at this location in the past.

And on the way out of Epcot I grabbed one of these babies!

And back at Wilderness Lodge my sweet tooth kicked in so I grabbed this little guy

Otherwise known as the sweetest yummiest cupcake the world has ever known!

How was the Lime Mousse filled Swan? It looks delish!

It tasted like a cross between keylime pie filling and lemon curd. In my books that is pretty much the perfext dessert! Just to let you know, the mousse in the swans changes every day. Last time we were there it was mixed berry. I've also seen chocolate, orange, passion fruit etc...
