I'm going to be staying at WDW until August 28th! We're switching from WL to CSR on Aug 25th and staying till the 28th! Woohoo! Expect even more fun and LIVE reviews!

Here is what I recall of it
APPETIZERS
- Tomato Stack
- Bowl of Cheddar Cheese Soup
- Duck Two Ways

ENTREES
- Grilled Steak Salad
- Caesar Salad with Chicken
- Salmon BLT
- Shaved Prime Rib
- Porcini Mushroom Ravioli

DESSERTS
- Maple Creme Brulee
- Chocolate Mousse
- Seasonal Sorbet

Here is what we ended up having:

All three of us started with the bowl of cheddar cheese soup. Delicious as always!

Unfortunately the entree pics didn't show up well.
Mom had the Salmon BLT with a side salad. She loved it!
Dad & I had the Prime Rib Sandwich and OMG it was yummy! It was real shaved prime rib with caramelized onions and cheddar cheese.

Dad has the Maple Creme Brulee for dessert. In my opinion the custard was a bit too loose, but it still tasted great.

I had the Chocolate Mousse and it was wonderful and creamy as always.

Mom had the seasonal sorbet (mandarin orange) and it was sweet and refreshing.

This is our all time favorite WDW restaurant! We arrived at 8:15pm and checked in early for out 9pm reservation. We requested a window seat and were at our gorgeous window table by 9:15!

We started out with some sushi from Yoshie! The top is a Hurricane Roll (spicy tuna, shrimp & crab with cucumber, tempura crunch, fireball sauce and salmon roe) The bottom is shrimp tempura rolled in white nori with mango and an orange ginger dipping sauce.

Dad had 2 first courses for his entree
1st was Foie Gras on croissant brioche with cranberry relish and basil oil.

2nd was Sonoma Goat Cheese Ravioli

I had the Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Goat Cheese Polenta & Zinfandel Glaze

My mom had Roasted Lamb with Eggplant "two ways"

For dessert we ordered the Chocolate Pyramid to share and we were also brought a complimentary chocolate cake for my Dad's Birthday.

My Sunken Treasure!

Volcano Roll - Spicy Tuna with Shrimp Salad & Tempura Crunch - WOW this was fantastic! Wonderfully spicy and the tuna just melted in your mouth. The shrimp salad was refreshing and the tempura provided perfect texture contrast

I particularly want to thank you for the photo/review of Kona's strip steak. I LOVED the filet there last time, as well as the potatoes and Kileau torte. I was so disappointed to hear the filet was gone, I even thought about skipping it next trip. But that steak looks REALLY good, so I think Kona is still on for us!!

The sunken treasure was super yummy! Its vodka, pineapple juice, orange juice, sprite, sweet & sour mix and blue curacao (spelled wrong! LOL)

The sushi is a new thing. The Kona Island Coffee Bar becomes a sushi bar at night and you can order any of their sushi at the kona cafe. Yes, they are considered appetizers I have the full sushi menu and I'll post it later
