We share the same B-DAY. I was born on June 15th but three years before you.

So are you a crazy Gemini? Tell Tim to be careful. ;)

I am lovin' this!!! We are headed to WL for my birthday in August and reading all this is great!!! Can't wait for the next installment... :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Subscribing....a casual click of the mouse has turned into a 11/2 houl...oh well I loved every minute so far.....

PLease tell me no more vomit.....I know you have little kids but this is a lot of spew for a Disney trip report that hasnt even mentioned Mission Space yet...I dread to hear what will happen after that encounter.... :rotfl:

Great TR! You got my attention and I have kept reading and reading until wow...I looked at the clock it is 1:30AM! Yikes...Just like a great book, can't put it down (or in this case, turn it off). Keep them coming. I can't wait for more (well at least more good stuff for your b-day trip). Happy Belated B-day! Welcome to the 30's!

I wake up every morning to see what you have written in your report. I am so loving your report. If I wasn't already excited enough you have made it multiply by100. I leave in the morning, headed to CSR for a 7 day stay at the Wonderful World. I hope that I can relay my report as well and as descriptive as you have.
Thanks for the report.

What a wonderful trip (well, once Luke got better). Your kids are adorable. I love that picture of them in Italy.

I'm a big fan of Alfredo's. Love the lasgna there. I'm with Luke--I'd squeal for it too :)

Thanks for posting.

I am really enjoying your trip report. My kids are similar in age to yours and we are taking our first Disney trip in Sept. I really like your laid-back touring style. I hope we can keep ourselves at a similar pace and not go commando.

One question - what kind of shoes are your kids wearing? They look so comfortable for hot wet trips.

Just found your report and I'm thinking my DH needs to have a little talk with yours, I would love some special suprises like that on my birthday. :Pinkbounc Great report, glad that you're all having such a great time, except for a few icky moments obviously ;)

Glad you are enjoying the report. My kids are just wearing velcro sandals similar to teva's that you can find anywhere - ours were bought at Target.
Have a great trip! Keep reading, I have advice for touring with small ones, especially a good bit of advice in day 7's post.

Thanks. I am so glad I tried Alfredo's after reading the negative reviews here on the Dis. Just goes to show you just have to try it for yourself. Yes, Luke always got VERY excited at desert time!

Great trip report--I'm really enjoying it. Glad to hear that your birthday turned out to be great even with a little mishap! That's what makes it memorable. :goodvibes

i have been having trouble finding them

Yes, the b-day was great! The mister fans at Disney that they sell are 15.99, we got ours at Walmart for 3.99. Definitely get them before you go!!!

Love, love, love your reports! I'm really enjoying them. Looking forward to my anniversary trip at WL this September!

How do you get turn-down service at the WL? Is this only a Consierge level ?(I know I spelt that wrong...).

This has been a lot of fun Lesley! You have inspired me to attempt a TR after our trip starting July 5th (maybe I'll attempt one... )

So sorry about the "pukes" the kids had. You handled it in stride and evidently didn't let it put much of a damper on your trip. I can relate. We would just deal with it and move on too ;)

While you were at WDW, we were in Cincy! Came up for DH to go to some games and take the girls shopping, to the aquarium, etc.

I love that Tim went to all that trouble for your b-day. He sounds great.

I wanted to tell you that the train near Germany in Epcot wasn't just for the Festival. It is a permanent thing that has been there since at least 2000 (our first trip). So you can go back and use it as a distraction again :teeth:

Hope you enjoyed Cincy and glad I inspired you to attempt a TR- it has been fun. Thanks for letting me know about the train. I assumed it wasn't permanent because it had a big "flower and garden show" banner next to it. We will definitely return there next year for Illuminations, it was the perfect spot!
