10 day World tickets

Can anyone give me some info on 10 day World tickets? We are doing 3 nights at the Coronado Springs, 3 night cruise, and then 4 nights at the Coronado next year. We usually get the Ultimate Park Hopper Plus tix, but the travel agent we used this time couldn't sell us them, so we have ended up with the World ticket.

What I really want to know is whether going to a water park, or particularly DisneyQuest will use a day of our ticket. We love DisneyQuest, so will probably go on at least two evenings.

Also, if you visit two parks in a day, does that use up two days of the ticket? On our last trip we managed AK, MK, Epcot & Disney Quest on our last day, so this is pretty important to me!!

hi there, you'll probably get better info later about DQuest from others-- what i CAN tell u is that we used 10 day tickets in '03 and you could enter multiple parks on the same day. It's calendar days you have to keep track of. i believe that its valid for any 10 out of 21 calender days from the day you first use it. cheers, Bryan.

Yes, as Bryan says, you can hop between parks and water parks on any calendar day and it will still count as only one day out of the 10. Whether you spend 10 hours or 10 minutes in any park or water park on any given day it will still knock off one day from your ticket, but with your schedule in WDW that shouldn't be a problem to you as you won't be there for 10 days (if I've understood what you said correctly )

However, I don't know about DQ. Last time we had the 10 day tickets, I don't think DQ was included, but that's not to say things may have changed.

Have you actually got the 10 day tickets yet? If you would really prefer the UPH but your TA can't supply them, you will be able to buy them when you check in to CSR (both times), although this would almost certainly work out more expensive than the 10 day tickets.

We also had the 10 day pass and DQ does count as a day.

We went to the water parks and left just after lunch, we then went onto DQ on the same day. We did this twice and managed to do everything in DQ.

This only used up one day even though we had done the two parks (typhoon lagoon and DQ or Blizzard beach and DQ)

What about if you went to, say MK, during the day, went back to the hotel and then came back in the evening for Wishes? Would that still count as two days, or only one because you're in the same park?

In your above example that would be ONE day. But you could visit different parks on the same day and that would still only take ONE day from your pass.

We had the 10 day world tickets in August 2002 and DQ was definitely included. One day we went to MK, then Typhoon Lagoon, then MGM, then DQ and this only used up one day from our pass.

Sorry, I obviously didn't explain things very clearly at all!

Just ignore my ramblings and take it as read that you can visit as many parks as you like in one day and it will count as only one day from your ticket

What I was trying to say was that if you decided to pop in to MK for only 10 minutes to see the fireworks, it would count as one day just the same as spending all day hopping from park to park would count as one day. Clear as mud?
