10 day window contract cancellation window, how does it work?

I got a better deal! Just signed it (waiting on sellers to do their end). It's an international seller, but they countered my low-ball 110 with 115, and the contract is only mostly stripped (36? Points for 25) prorated dues. Everything else the same. Closing costs a little higher, but still coming out a bit ahead!

Thanks! I appreciate everyone being critical of my previous offer. After signing it, I realized that while the previous one meant I could keep that money in a hysa until exactly before I would NEED the points (planned 3/2027 trip), I still wanted to have some points to use for a few other smaller trips I take, so closing earlier means I'll have them for those trips (tho it does mean stalking for the rooms I want, but that's ok with me!) and it gives me time to find a bc/bw small points contract at a price I can actually live with, maybe

Small BC/BW…. different universe than the mid sized BLT’s….
