l'll be staying at Pop Century for 10 nights in September with my husband and son aged 3. We're only doing Disney and I've decided to split the days into morning, afternoon and evening sessions (I'm a planner!). What do you think of this plan this.

Day 1:
Evening: Arrive in the afternoon. Quick swim and dinner at food court. Early night.

Day 2:
Morning: Chef Mickey for breakfast.
Afternoon: Nap and swim at hotel. Shopping at Walmart for supplies.
Evening: Dinner from Walmart. Early night.

Day 3:
Morning: Breakfast in room then head to Hollywood Studio.
Afternoon: Lunch bought into the park. Nap in pram so parents can do bigger rides.
Evening: Dinner at Roundup Rodeo. Probably miss Fantasmic as quite late (9:30pm).

Day 4:
Morning: Breakfast in room then head to Typhoon Lagoon.
Afternoon: Lunch bought into park. Nap in the pram.
Evening: Pop to Spring or Boardwalk for dinner (no reservation).

Day 5:
Morning: Breakfast in room then head to Magic Kingdom (ideally for rope drop). It's party night so hoping it might be quieter during the day.
Afternoon: Quick eats lunch at park. Nap in pram so we can do bigger rides.
Evening: Dinner at Jungle Canteen.

Day 6:
Morning: Chill morning at hotel. Breakfast at food court and swim.
Afternoon: Lunch at hotel. Either nap in room or pram then head to Epcot.
Evening: Quick eats for dinner and watch fireworks at 9pm.

Day 7:
Morning: Chill morning at hotel. Breakfast at food court and swim.
Afternoon: Lunch at hotel or park. Either nap in room or pram then head to Animal Kingdom.
Evening: Dinner at Rainforest cafe.

Day 8:
Morning: Easy morning before heading to Magic Kingdom.
Afternoon: Quick eats at park then either nap in pram or head back to hotel.
Evening: Dinner at Tony's Town Square then fireworks.

Day 9:
Morning: Breakfast in room and aim to rope drop Animal Kingdom.
Afternoon: Quick eats for lunch. Nap in pram or back to hotel. Swim after nap.
Evening: Head to Vineyard premium outlet for shopping and dinner.

Day 10:
Morning: Let little one choose which park he wants to return to.
Afternoon: TBC
Evening: Ideally see a fireworks show at Magic Kingdom or Epcot as final night.

Day 11:
Morning: Breakfast at hotel then swim.
Afternoon: Lunch at hotel before leaving for the airport for 5pm flight home.
We will be flexible with this plan. All will depend how little one feels. He may wake super early and we can do more then will depend how well he naps in the pram.

The breakdown is 2 full days in Magic Kingdom, as this has 29 rides suitable for my son. Hollywood Studio is 1 full day (5 rides for son). Epcot currently has only half a day (12 rides) and Animal Kingdom has 1.5 days.

Such a fun trip!

The only thing I would keep in mind is the very real possibility your son won’t nap at the parks midday. My DD had no issues with park napping as a baby but by the time 2 rolled around, it didn’t happen. Partly, because of the heat but also just the stimuli around. So if your son still needs a daily nap (and who doesn’t in WDW 🤣) I would think about what the days would look like if you had to go back to your hotel every afternoon.

That's definitely a real concern. If we have to return to the hotels, then so be it. I'm hoping with jet lag he will nap in the pram but who knows.

When my kids were younger, I was often surprised about how much they liked World Showcase. There was a time when we had to drag them away from the Kidcot stations. They also really liked some of the stores--the Japan and Mexican pavilion for example. And the Passports. They liked Sergio the mime and the mariachi band. Meeting Mary Poppins and Alice. Voices of Liberty. Getting candy and pastries. Our kids loved it. Which was nice, because it gave us time to explore all the pavilions, have a snack or drink, or just sit down for a few minutes.

I also agree with nap locations. Our kids would fall asleep at the parks, but it was usually from pure exhaustion and not for a scheduled nap.

Day two.
Have you thought of just ordering from walmart to be delivered? Also maybe think of after Chef Mickey, take one of the smaller boats over to Fort Wilderness to see the horses. Then take a bigger boat back to MK, where you can catch a bus to POP. I'm assuming you don't have a car.

A side note, you seem to be doing a lot of eating in room. I've never seen the beverage coolers in the room. Are you taking into account space in the cooler/fridge? Maybe buy a cheap soft sided cooler and keep in sink area with a towel or two underneath in case of leaks.

We spent a lot more time in epcot when my kids were that age. It's not just about the rides. My kids loved the aquarium in Living Seas, loved watching the trains in Germany, loved doing the kid cot stations, loved trying the different sodas in the coke place, loved the store in Japan, etc. We ended up there almost every night just to walk around (which you could easily do on the skyliner).

My kids also loved the shows too. Not sure if you're counting that at Epcot or HS?

With the skyliner you can eat at many different take out places at AoA, CB, RR, BW, and YC/BC. You could also spend an evening or two at the boardwalk watching the street performers and then watch the fireworks from the bridge. The Swan has swan boats to rent and mini golf is right across the street from the Dolphin.

I'd take advantage of staying on the skyliner route and spend more time at the boardwalk, HS, and EP.
