Please help me in understanding the rules of the Ten Day reservation system. I have a studio at OkW for Dec 16, a 2 BR at OKW on Dec 17, a 2 BR reservation at Boulder Ridge from rented points for Dec 18 and 19 then the next six nights in a 2 BR at Boulder Ridge using my points. They are all linked on My Disney Expeirence. Member services has told me that I
my 10 day dining booking window only starts at the beginning of my Dec 20’th reservation. Is this correct. It was a complicated way to get 9 nights in a row in a 2 BR but it worked. Thanks for any help

Sort of. You can book for December 16 60 days out, but only for that day. You can book December 17 60 days out, but only for that day.

It is actually "length of stay, 60 days out" for booking. You cannot book your whole stay starting December 16 on October 17. The length of your 12/16 stay is 1 night, so that's all you can book. Dining don't link split stays; MS has sometimes over-ridden in the past to book manually, but it sounds like MS won't do that any more.

Thank you for the clarification

Actually it’s a tiny bit better - length of stay includes checkout day as well as checkin day. So on Oct. 17 you could book for 12/16 & 17, on Oct. 18 you could book for 12/18, on the 19th you could book for the 19th and 20th, and on Oct 21 you could book the rest of your trip.
