For those of you who watched 10.5 the first one i was wondering something. Im a New Englander and wondered if anaheim( hope i spelt it right) is in southern cali and might have gotten destroyed. If this was a ABC movie i bet they would have shown DL getting an Earthquake.

I feel like im clueless asking this but was jw

I haven't seen the 2nd one yet, I Tivo'd it last night. But in the first one, doesn't nearly all of the Los Angeles area get flooded by the Pacific Ocean?

A 10.5 earthquake is actually an impossibility, I think the strongest earthquake ever recorded was only a little over 9. If a 10.5 earthquake where to ever happen, it would most likely level any structure in existance.

I think that Disneyland and most major structures in the California area a built to withstand strong earthquakes.

To answer your question, Anaheim, home to Disneyland, is in southern California. It's in the Los Angeles area.

Disneyland is in Anaheim, in Orange County. This is Southern California and kinda south east of Downtown Los Angeles. If I remember right, the first movie ended with most of north western Los Angeles becoming an island. That would leave Disneyland ok at that point as it is not on the coast. I did not watch the second one, the first one was bad enough.
