10/26 MNNSHP List * UPDATE w/ MEETING INFO*

Just Bumping in case anyone else is going. As soon as we decide on a meet time and place I will post it.

The Disers going to MNSSHP on 10/31 have decided to meet at Haunted Mansion for a group photo and ride after. I thought this would be a perfect place for us to meet as well, being as this will be a Halloween party.

So here's the info for any of you that want to meet up:

Meeting palce: HAUNTED MANSION

Meeting time: 7:30pm

Hope to see most of you there.

Well I dont know about you guys but these last few weeks have been so busy. In fact have to confess we havent got a PS for the 26th. We didnt book till late then I didnt realise, then I thought must do, now I havent done it and I'm really sure I'll be too late. Any ideas for an alternative?

However I do know that we will be at HH for a team photo at 7.30 on 26th - cant wait!!!! Also I havent even thought about costumes. DS9 wants to go in the same costume he wears every year, a sort of spooky ghost costume. He usually has face paints but I think we will just take a mask this time - not sure I can do face paint for 6 hours!!

Cant wait to meet fellow Disers!!

Hi!

I'm very happy to say that dh & I are definitely going to be Capt. Jack Sparrow & Elizabeth Swann. Hopefully his hair & make-up will look good!! A woman friend of my sister's (THANK YOU!) is making the Elizabeth dress for me (the gold one she wears at the beginning of the movie & passes out in). I hope to get a call today or tomorrow to let me know that it's done. I've lost 50 pounds since March & am SO excited to wear such a fitting, elegant gown!! I even helped make it - the stomacher!! - Worked on it for 12 days straight!!

I purchased ds's Capt. Hook (11) & Peter Pan (5) costumes & made other ds's (9) Mr. Smee costume! For the Mr. Smee costume I purchased a white long-sleeved crew neck shirt at Wal-Mart & white cotton knee high ladies socks. I purchased acrylic turquoise paint & fabric medium. I used masking tape to tape off stripes (from experience - do entire shirt before attempting to paint) & then got out the paint brushes & let the boys paint the shirt themselves!!! I'm debating on whether to make the shirt 3/4 sleeves & will take a scissors along to cut them if I have to.

8 more days!! Now off to do some more packing!!

I'll try really hard to make this meet. We have PS at Crystal Palace for 5:30 so hopefully after that we can head over to HM.

No PS for anywhere, But you probably wont miss me.....Im the Queen of Hearts..DH is Captin Hook, DS is Peter Pan, and DD is Cinderella..Grandma is Cinderella (Hard to miss a 60yr old woman in a princess gown)
Dsister is Minnie Mouse, and 2 Nieces are Sleeping Beautys...
