Shame, shame, shame...............:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Hazel made a dermatologist appt for me November, I cancelled that appt because we went away, she scheduled it for me again for December, again I cancelled it becasue of work, she made it for me for this Friday and said she will drag me kicking and screaming if I even dare think of cancelling this appt...............:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Since this is my first visit with this doctor, they don't allow for evening or Saturday appointments. I have been using prescription shampoo for the past few months which has helped, but I'm still getting sores on my scalp. I've been doing research on the web and have an idea what it might be, but I really do need to see a specialist and get the problem corrected. My family doc said he can't do anymore for me.

I'm with Hazel......don't cancel that appointment!

How quickly does she get it? Maybe she hits the one in the first room several times right off the bat.

There use to be a thread out there with the tricks, but I don't have the time to go looking for it.

Is there any target worth more than 100,000 points? :confused3

pretty quick i guess. we all get separate cars. robin wont ride with me.
cassie finally told robin theres a spot in the room with NO Z's (where i rest my tired thumb) that if you hit it, its worth a ton of points.
cassies known about it for a long time but only recently told robin.
(she wouldnt tell me)princess:

btw cass.
at 50s prime time we had a mildle aged balding guy named uncle tim as our waiter. he said he remembered you guys and said to ask you to say hi to robs sister.
(im kidding of course

since this was probably cassies last trip with us, we dug out a few old disney lights that she had gotten years ago at disney on ice. i bought some batteries
for them and snuck them in our backpack. when spectromagic started we pulled them out of the bag and she was SO excited.princess:
one was tinkerbell and the other a rose from beauty and the beast.
funny but when the characters in the parade saw them, you could tell they notice things they dont normally see. a few of the characters made it a point to come over and really check them out.:cheer2:

dont know how it started but robin got hooked on disney pins this trip.
she's always liked them but said "no", i dont want to get started.:lmao:
she bought 10 of them last week:confused3
she doesnt like trading them though. too stressfull.:lmao:

it was great talking to you. Walt and I collect pins but dont trade. I buy the pins I like and want to keep. My lanyard is full. no room for any other pins. Walt always says I need to buy one to trade so if I see one I want I can trade for it. I just havent done that yet. Have a great night. Diane

I know what you mean Becky...I caught Rick with a needle and thread, and sewing:scared1: :scared1: . It's unheard of.:rotfl2:

OK...gotta go do some work.

Catchya all later.

Good morning everybody...Its still sunny outside this morning but still frosty. Tomorrow our good weather breaks and its back to our usual miserable february weather. Off to an indoor fun park with Ellis and friends this morning then he's going to the wicked witch's this afternoon - I'll hopefully get to the gym while he's there:thumbsup2

Holy:scared1: !

Guess I'm way out of shape, I know I'm just starting at my gym and haven't been to one in many years but when I go on the bike or eliptical I can only manage about 5 minutes before I'm huffing and puffing...
I do have mild asthma too, but I realize how seriously out of shape I am when I read your post!

Cudos to you Karen

Rose - I started out the same - I still cant do the eliptical for more than 6 minutes and I too come off panting.

The treadmill - When I first joined the gym last Jan I hadnt run in years...the trainer suggested I try running for 30 seconds followed by 3 minutes of walking to get my breathe back etc....I even found the 30 seconds a struggle to start with:rolleyes1 ... I did this for a while then increased my run time to 35 then 40 seconds etc...I now run 1 minute and walk 1 minute... I can keep this up for about 30 minutes, then I walk witha hill gradient - usually about 6 or 8 for 15 mins, then if I have any energy left I do another 6 minutes run/walk, then a cool down walk.

I'm not fit at all and struggle with a lot of the equipment, but just persevere and you slowly get better. Keep at it girl:thumbsup2

I also find that if I do a leg exercise, follow it up with eg arms - (rower), then stomach then back to legs - it gives that bit of your body time to recouperate before staring again :goodvibes

Some days are better than others too - some days I can only do 20 mins on the dreadmill, other times if I get the right track on the mp3 player I can do longer - music really helps me run to a beat.

Good luck Rose - everyone has to start somewhere.:thumbsup2

He said he will make one that replaces Panama Canal with Eastern Caribbean

Thank you!:yay: :yay: :yay:
