Goodmorning everyone  This is my first post on the new thread! Rach told me about the new thread the other day but I haven't had a chance to get here before this. I am hoping to get caught up a bit before we have to go out and shovel/snow blow the driveway before I need to head in to work this afternoon. I still haven't finished reading all of the other thread yet either.

No worries, Cheryl. It's mostly fluff.:lmao:

I saw this too. I think it is ridiculous! If everyone has only one piece of luggage there will be a lot more space in the cargo area. I wonder if they're trying to make space for more seats? As stupid as that sounds, it's the only thing that makes sense--money is always the bottom line. I surely have never heard of a plane crashing because it was too full of luggage.:lmao:

Except for that young female singer that died a few years back when trying to leave the Bahamas with too much luggage and the plane was overweight.

I bet the airline uses the extra space to start running packages for companies for a fee. What else would you do with the extra space. Either $25 from the passenger or $25 from XYZ Company, they don't care.

I love my door signs! - how can anyone think theyre tacky:sad2: - they shouldnt be on the disney ship if they have that attitude

Dindt have a pancake either:angel: - I 'm such a good bobaloser:angel:

I agree with you on door signs...makes it more personal and I love walking past reading all the signs on the doors.

I didn't have any pancakes either.

Anyone given anything up for lent?

It is i Fat man your local hero ...:thumbsup2

Ive just done my good deed for the day,i rescued one of my neighbours from under her electric wheelchair after she'd had a bad fall behind my house,Hazel came home from shopping (nothing new their:lmao: ) and could hear someone crying for help so off i go to investigate (Taking Ryan's cricket bat just in case)I find the lady at the bottom of the banking under her chair laying in a water filled ditch,She has a very badly gashed head but other than that she'll be fine......

ps...Hazel comment on my heroic return "good job your as big as you otherwise you'd have never lifted the chair off her"....:lmao: b*(&h :lmao:

I saw PHC on the closure list. Is that not who owns the hospital now? Or is it just the med centers they closed? But if you have to be there for emergencies, guess it doesn't matter.

Safe travels. It looks ugly out there.

I'm actually going out to do the drive at about 9. There is a break in the heavy snow around then, before the next batch moves in. I heard it is wet and heavy so it will be a couple of clearings.

Guten Morgen mine Damen und Herren! Jus wanted to pop in and see if everyone is ok. I hope our friends out in WI are safe! We thought about y'all last night! Andy are you getting rain today in NJ? We are supposed to get dumped on by this afternoon. I was supposed to start my 10K training today but it looks like we may bag it if it rains too hard. I am off to fight a loosing battle with Anthem. I will check in later as I feel we will have some lively chats today with so many BOBers home. Not that I'm jeolous or anything! :headache:

Just a side note- It's 71 here! :sunny:

Guten morgan Shelley. Sprechen zie Deutsch? I used to be very fluent in German but since I haven't had to use it much lately, I'm afraid I've forgotten some. I actually spoke German only until I was 5 years old because my parents couldn't speak English. We still speak to each other in German when we don't want anyone else to understand what we're saying. :rotfl2:

Well, this Wisconsinite is safe and sound in her home. I took a snow day because frankly, I don't like my job enough to risk the drive out to it. The last I heard, we are expecting up to 12-15 inches of snow today, more if there is Snow Thunder. The forecast does change as you turn the channel though. :goodvibes

What debate Chris...I think you you everytime I use it.:rotfl2: I think Cheepskate:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

My folks do the same with French. That's why I can understand it better than speak it.:lmao: I grew up always trying to figure out what taboo subject they were discussing.

Enjoy your snow day. While I'm here slaving away at work, I'll think of y'all in your warm cozy homes, watching snow flakes come down wishing it were me.:flower3:

I'm here at work too, wishing I''d stayed home with the boys.

Oh well, I need to save the vacation days for trips this year.

French is such a lovely language though. Germans always sound like we're shouting at each other. :rotfl2:

Yeah, but I'm sitting here in my nice cozy house without pay! :scared1:
