Al and Rachel did the plowing and shoveling while I was DISing last night :thumbsup2 It is a wet heavy snow but it is beautiful the way it coated all the tress, one of the prettiest snows we have had in a long time I think

I'm off to go clear the almost 8" of snow on the driveway. Hopefully it didn't freeze below because the large snow thrower just spins on the ice then. This stuff is very wet and heavy, so I'm not sure if the small thrower will handle it. AND I'M NOT SHOVELING. :scared1: Don't need any injuries to keep me from my Wii. :rotfl2:

Thanks Robin! I'm sure while we're looking for the Wii play we'll be looking atthe games too. The Olympic Games sounds like it might be a good one. Rach and I are hoping the Wii will help us lose some weight!

If you like an adventure game... The Legend of Zelda

Wario Ware Smooth moves

Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games. This is a lot of fun and you really get a workout.

Big Brain Academy... If you like to challenge your brain.

Al beat both Rachel and I quite badly at tennis last night. It was fun to watch though and Rach thought it ws great to see that he was enjoying it too when he was a little hesitant about it! It's also a lot of fun and funny to watch others do the boxing.

yeah she takes all the fun out of it.:lmao:
i have to wait till she goes to work to play. then i invite cinnamon over.
i can beat her.:rolleyes1

We had a great Christmas! It was nice to get together with my family! One of my sisters and her family and one of my brothers and his family are going to Disneyworld in the spring so we gave them Disney dollars for their gifts and they loved that, even the adults and I wasn't sure what they would think about getting Disney dollars. I love it when I give a gift that is loved! My little 2 year old great niece got Disney dollars from us and from another one of my sisters and she walked around all night with her "Disney money" :cutie: She already is a Disney fanatic and they are going to have so much fun with her at Disneyworld!

I loved the pictures you posted of Addison! When do they get home from their trip?

Hi Di & Cheryl.

Did you guys have a nice christmas?

Cheryl.. I'll be right back.

I'll list some games you should try. :thumbsup2

Suz was fine with us getting it, but she hasn't been on. Well, DS got her to play a little "alley ball" (i.e. skeetball) yesterday, but I think only one game. We will be playing on New Year's Eve, so maybe then she'll get hooked.

I love skeetball! Which "game" does that come with?

I bet you will get Suz hooked on New Year's Eve!

Sorry, I was uploading pics :)

They're leaving on the 2nd. They have been calling. They're having a great time. Addison is loving it. They went on Kilamanjaro Safari and she kept saying "Hi" to the animals. :cutie:

I must need the deoderant now, especially after palying Wii boxing :lmao:

Yes, after Wii Boxing you would need deodorant. I was dying after playing that. I love the boxing game.

Tennis is fun too. I'm in a rut with bowling, and baseball is fun, but too basic.

Golf is pretty good too. I'm not hitting as hard as I use to, not sure if that is something to do with my Mii performance. Still fun nonetheless.

Hi Jeff did you get your driveway cleared?

Haven't even gone out yet. :rotfl2:

Suz has been watching Project Runway and I've been kinda sitting down there with her.

I am dressed now, but thought I'd stop and DIS a little first.

Can you tell I'm not looking forward to going out there?

Yikes Jeff.......

I woke up to more rain and 50* not bad considering we have a cold front coming through and the temps will drop like a rock by New Year's Day with a possible wintry mix storm.............

Skeetball is part of the Carnival game. There are 25 different carnival games on that disc. Some of them can be hard. DS just loves playing that disc.

It was a good thing I went and got it. It was a last minute pickup from Santa. I told Suz we should get something he would really have fun with other than the sports.

It was between that and Mario Party. I thought he'd have more fun with this just because of the skeetball.

I'm looking into that Mario Olympics that Robin was talking about. I like the workout factor and remember a Decathalon game we had for Atari back in the '80's. It was fun.

The tennis was fun but I didn't do very well. I can't wait to try that when we have 2 remotes and can play against each other. I though I did OK with bowling until I read what Robin scores :scared1: I haven't tried golf yet.

With the boards being faster it must be easier to steal FOs either that or Jeff let me block this one

Morning Andy.

Yeah, we're expecting more snow on NY Eve or NY Day. Don't know how much. The storms are just coming on shore in the NW.

I really need a vacation. Other than in 2000, when DS was born in Feb, we've been on vacation in January every year since 1997.

DS has off on the Fri and Mon around his B-day weekend (it is on a Sun), so maybe we can put something together for that.

I think were going to have a hard time deciding which game to pick up today
