If anyone is out there, check out the WVU coach's choice of clothing this evening.:happytv:

A GOLD SUIT! Even shoes! I try to like this guy, but I think he dresses like a mafia man!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

DH didn't want anyone to look until WVU had caught up in points!:rotfl2:

I burned that day too!

I'd love to have another go at a KK'r pool party:)

We definitely need to plan an afternoon at the Adult Pool.

This last one just happened, but it was so fun. I think if we pick one of the 3 sea days (I'd go for #2), we could plan on a 2-3 hours having a good time.

I think they may need to remove the word "quiet" from Quiet Cove Pool when we're there though.

Maybe we can impact a couple of the pool games going on. :rolleyes1

We are there!! Woody was just saying he can't wait to be sitting in a lounge chair with an umbrella...in his drink! :rotfl::sad2: I think I need a drink! Off to get a lovely glass of Goats du Roam rose.

Man, I have got to do something about that driving everyone away thing I have going lately.

Ah well ... I'm going to leave work soon and when I do it's interval training on the dreadmill followed by some chocolate and port. And then maybe I'll write an update.... maybe.

See ya'll later ...

You people that get to dis at work are lucky. That's cause for firing where I work. :scared: We even had to take an online ethics course. Dising was one of the topics.

I hate the "dreadmill". I like the elliptical better.

I got up at 4:45 this morning after a night of damaging winds. :faint: I got down to the gym by 5 AM and there was no power. (Power lines down) :car: So I turned around and went home.

Now you'd think that since I was already up and in my workout clothes, I would go home and just get my workout on my elliptical....................

oh nooooooo...... I got home, took off my clothes and was back in bed by 5:10. I slept until 6:30.

So guess what I had to do after work? GO TO THE GYM!!! I hate going in the evening...there's too many people.

Walt & Di...

Come talk to me. ;)

I was going to say come play with me, but I was afraid that would go right in to the gutter. :lmao:

What was Sully doin'?:goodvibes
I went to the gym today, too. I split time between dreadmill and elliptical. My gym partner likes elliptical and when she's not around I stick to the dreadmill.:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I don't know where Sully was. He better not have been moonlighting.

:lmao: :lmao:

I shouldn't DIS as much at work as I do sometimes, but my manager has always had the attitude that as long as the work is getting done he doesn't care about a little goofing off.

It becomes too much of a distraction, though. I'm actually trying to cut back on it ... we'll see how that goes.

CONGRATULATIONS!:thumbsup2

I would hate the moving part, but I'm sure it's all worth it.:woohoo:

I think it's worth it, but I guess we'll know in time, depending upon how high my kids' therapy bills are when they're adults.:lmao:

This is our 14th move in 16 years. :thumbsup2

YEAH!!!! party: That is great news Paige!! Congrats! I saw you are in Virginia too. Where abouts? We are in Richmond.

I just sent you a PM before I read this post. Sorry. We are just north of Charlottesville.

I never DIS at school. For one thing, I don't have a spare minute--some of this could be my fault, but we keep getting asked to do more and more.
Also, I think it would be frowned upon even during my planning time.:cool1:

I completely understand why you wouldn't be surfing the net at school.

I guess I look at it like this - I spend upwards of 50 hours a week at the bank during normal times and sometimes as much as 60 when it's really busy and I bring work home when it's necessary. I also spend about 8-10 hours a week in my car getting back and forth to my job.

As long as the quality of my work doesn't suffer (and I don't DIS when there is an immediate deadline looming) I don't see anything wrong with taking a few minutes to give my brain a break. :scared:

I feel for you Tanya. I found out yesterday that they are cutting my clerk down to 2 hrs from 4.75, so that means I am in the office for 6 hrs by myself taking care of phones, 20 teachers, 500 students, and an admin. All because they feel our numbers are down for the whole school, we have 2 sites. Well yeah the main site numbers are down, but mine aren't, yet it is my office getting cut, not theirs. It has just been one of those weeks that needs to be over.

Hi B., is it chocolate yet?

Funny you should ask ... I was just thinking about eating the rest of my symphony bar and trying to decide what I should drink to wash it down.

Milk?

Port?

Whisky?

I'm open to suggestions ... I'm just so tired that I'm afraid I'm going to fall asleep before I can eat much of it. And that means no ooodles of spooodles tonight. Working on a natural gas / pipeline moulding request sucks the creative urge right out of me. :lmao:

I'm in Triangle and moving onto Quantico MCB probably some time around 1 March. Nice to see someone else living in VA on the boards. Our VA group is growing again, huh Lori?:goodvibes

yes it is.:thumbsup2

Congrats on the new house on base. Let Scott know if you all need help lifting anything.:lmao: :lmao:

It's just like it sounds. They will be jumping in Lake Caroline! Air temp should be around 40f water temp is usually around that same temp if not lower! The participants raise money for their charity of choice. Not sure what dad is raising for this year. Years past it has been our mission group in Africa. My dad is a minister and the little old ladies in the church want him to wear a Speedo! So he went and got a swim cap that says Speedo- Hey they were not specific in their request! He is also going to wear a clergy collar. I will post pics this weekend!

Shelley, my daughter Kristin (Team Fun Pants) has been participating in the Polar Bear Plunge in Lake Michigan every New Years Day since she was 15 and she's 23 now. I think she's absolutely crazy!! :scared: :lmao:

I'd agree with you there Karen, that's why I'd give mine to Mother Goose. I here she likes to iron.

Send it over Heather.:rotfl2:

i resent that goose lady.
i'll have you know i'm all natural. no make-up.

Keep trying, soon you'll talk yourself into it. :goodvibes

a BIG, BIGRED welcome to you SULLY.:cheer2:
cant wait to meet you on kk2.
be careful of some of the ladies on this cruise though. they can be mean at times.:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

You ain't seen nothin' yet you Tart! :snooty:

Update! Update! Update!:dance3:

I sneak on every now and then during the day. I do DIS on Wed & Thurs at lunch but rarely on Mon/Tues & Fri. I'm in management and it doesn't set a very good example for the others if I'm DISing.
