Not that it matters, but that other '09 thread that was catching up to us is now over 1,000 posts behind us.

We also have over 21,000 more views.

It looks like 4 or 5 people are making most of the posting there as opposed to about a dozen to a dozen and a half posting here. Their top 4 posters make up about 74% of their posts (vs. 37% on our thread). The top 5 posters make up 82% of their total posts (vs. 42% for us).

Ponce - difficult to explain the meaning..."you big ponce" wouldbe similar to "you big puff" - any clearer? If you "ponce around" it means you sort of strut around (but not in a good way!) - clear as mud

one day I googled Rose and Bob just to see what would come up with our names for fun and saw that there used to be a British comedy show by that name (or was it Bob and Rose?)

Sorry - never heard of it - we get loads of sitcoms - I dont watch many.

Jen, I might secretly take that check in June and put down that deposit and start paying on it without telling Bob for awhile.

like I said, I've got to see what kind of effect college is going to have on my income. Money that I don't have now even. Hoping that they don't think that I can afford very much for parent's contribution once they see my debt load.
So I'll need to check this out before I do anything.

But then again, who knows.....
I'm fickle about my money and debt
I might just not care about all the debt and book the cruise anyway

We definitely need to plan an afternoon at the Adult Pool.

This last one just happened, but it was so fun. I think if we pick one of the 3 sea days (I'd go for #2), we could plan on a 2-3 hours having a good time.

I think they may need to remove the word "quiet" from Quiet Cove Pool when we're there though.

Maybe we can impact a couple of the pool games going on.

You people that get to dis at work are lucky. That's cause for firing where I work. We even had to take an online ethics course. Dising was one of the topics.

I hate the "dreadmill". I like the elliptical better.

I got up at 4:45 this morning after a night of damaging winds. I got down to the gym by 5 AM and there was no power. (Power lines down) So I turned around and went home.

Now you'd think that since I was already up and in my workout clothes, I would go home and just get my workout on my elliptical....................

oh nooooooo...... I got home, took off my clothes and was back in bed by 5:10. I slept until 6:30.

So guess what I had to do after work? GO TO THE GYM!!! I hate going in the evening...there's too many people.

You are so dedicated its putting me to shame

I think it's worth it, but I guess we'll know in time, depending upon how high my kids' therapy bills are when they're adults.

This is our 14th move in 16 years.

Holy cow! 14 moves and you're still sane

Good morning everyone! Just a quick 'hi' before taking Alex to school. Only about another month of driving there. Once we live on base, all three kids will take the bus.. I might not ever get out of my pj's.

Well, my sister and mother get her tomorow afternoon and I have much cleaning to do. The house is picked up I just have the actual scrubbing to get done. And I still have to put up my Mardi Gras decorations too. Would you all like to see pics when I get them up? My tree is already decorated...
