We stayed with Jeff and Suz that night, woke up to Jeffs awesome donuts, and then went to a cookout just south of Milwaukee at Janice's sisters house. Headed back home yesterday for a graduation party last night near here.

Our first trade was this past one. We will definitely use it from now on.

I found out yesterday that we got the trade we wanted for next year We will be staying at Marriott's Mountainside resort in Park City, Ut next June. We've also traded into Palm Springs, CA in the past and that was very nice too. We have now traded more than we have stayed at Horizons but that was part of why we bought was to trade and so far we have had good success with trading

Went solo again this morning as the ST didn't want to get out of bed. Increased my workout a tad this morning.

10 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the bike
35 minutes on the treadmill

= over 400 calories burned off this morning, and I lost 1/2 pound after the first three days

Keep it up Skinny Sneeky

I did the gym too. Burnt off 400 calories - thats my brekkie smoothie and my lunch smoothie

I'll jump in here too....Here's a pic of our land that we built our house on. Its about 8 acres. The road is in the lower corner of the picture with our drive running back towards the pond. Our 8 acres is the red colored line with the blue line showing what we mow. Takes a good portion of an entire day to get it done. The driveway which now runs up to the white square is about 1000 feet long. The white square is where we built our house. I need to get up in a plane again and get an updated picture with our house in it.

I still don't know how to download the pictures from the camera to the computer so I'll have to have Al or Rachel do that and then I'll post some pictures when I get a chance.

Neils back after his cycle thingy - 25 miles for the Heart Foundation and it only rained for the last 4 miles.

Neil has been doing slimfast for 4 weeks (same as me).... he's lost 21lb

I've lost 8lb - how unfair is that!

I Googled Plod.... The first one it talks about Donkeys plodding...kind of thought you were calling me a Jacka$$ for a second... http://www.answers.com/topic/plod

Not sure which one is better...to be called a Jacka$$ or a slow-witted and dull police officer.

Congrats...you guys are doing great. I have leveled off after about 45 lbs and have been maintaining for the last month or so. KEEP IT UP!!!

Thanks Mark - its got to be the easiest diet I've ever tried. I would have given up normally by now, but we're still enthusiastic and we dont mind carrying on. We've upped our exercise too which has obviously helped.

45lb! - I'll be happy if I can get to 14 - I'm at 8lb so far, so just over half way to my first goal.
