Ok all you slimfasters how do you use the product? I am planning on starting on Monday I didn't buy the snackbars figured I could eat fruit/veggies or yogurt or 100 calorie packs. I am using the dry mix for breakfast and the liquid for lunch since that will be easier to take to work. I am thinking shake for breakfast, fruit or 100 calorie snack for snack, shake and small salad for lunch, and a protein and veggie for dinner, then a fruit or yogurt parfait for end snack as long as it hits before 8 pm. Any other ideas or snacks you can think of? What about adding frozen strawberries to the chocolate mix in the morning? Can I do that?
I found out that the high school pool is open for adult lap swimming tues-fri, so I am going to start doing that on T-Th, then Curves on M-W-F, and walking during my lunch. Should have started doing this all along but oh well at least I can try and get some pounds off during the next 6 weeks before the cruise!
