:offtopic: Again.......:lmao:

I was just thinking, we did go to Planet Hollywood a few years ago, and Lina really enjoyed that, maybe that's where we can go to celebrate her #18!!!

have you tried Rain forest? The kids seem to love it.

Hazel and I have seen most of the shows several times, but we still enjoy going back to see them each time we are on the ship, we're funny that way..........:lmao:

We go to every one too, no matter how many times we have seen it.

Yep, we put some on him, and it did help :thumbsup2

Jen, I have a very pale ds. I sunscreen him once before he leaves the house with the spf 50 and then again at the beach. You have to do it before they start sweating. He still gets a little pink but not painful pink.

I was looking at that, it looks like something we might like, I think we might try that on a different day, with Walt being 86 I don't know if he would care for the Rain Forest. ;)

Well kids, I'm out to cut the grass, well at least the front yard. Going to use the walk behind instead of the rider - grass is starting to dry and I don't want the weight on it. Plus, I could use the exercise.

Check back with everyone later this evening.

Did that yesterday between thunder storms. We have had some brutal storms today. I hope it gets nicer for July 4th week for the tourists.

My mom is 87 and she got a kick out all the moving animals.

Our 90 day mark for our member cruise was last week. DH was on the computer at 11 and we still couldn't get Palo brunch. The site kept locking up. We did get dinner but brunch is my favorite. I love all the desserts.

Does anyone have a "Must Have/Do" next time around?

Mine would be:
Guavaberry smoothie:thumbsup2
Strawberry smoothie meet at the Cove Cafe:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
More pictures with DISer friends:thumbsup2 :cool1: :thumbsup2
Turkey Panini:)
Gotta try Cass's new favorite, Peanut Butter Pie:) :)
More walking around deck 4:goodvibes
Videographing lessons before we leave (my video was pathetic):3dglasses
An extra Tortuga rum cake. We ate the one intended for my parents. :lmao:

I will have to try some of these, in Sept. what is a guavaberry smoothie?

I love peanut butter pie,

Gotta try eclairs from Cove Cafe- never been in there- not a coffee drinker

Hot tub in the evening sounds good also.

Just a drive by posting...I'll have to try to get caught up soon.

Today was my last day at the old job and new one starts tomorrow. I have to get grades in right now for an online course and do some more work.

Hope everyone had a great day and that you all have a restful evening.

How did things go today Mel? I hope things go well tomorrow for you. We should all be wishing you a restfull evening.

We love the Rainforest Joanne. I just love the ambiance.:thumbsup2

This seems like the norm lately. I think our Repo BOBs couldn't get Palo either. Hopefully this will get straightened out soon. :rolleyes1

We are going to get to the port early and try to get one. But since there is only one sea day it fills up really fast.

Are you going to St Martin in September? There was a stand not far from where the ship docks that sold Guavaberry Smoothies. Brenda is really the Guavaberry expert (I think she holds stock in the stuff). All I can say is that it was the best morning alcoholic beverage I ever had. I thought I could take it back onto the ship but it wasn't allowed so I had to guzzle it down. Let's just say that I was whistling all the way back to our cabin.:goodvibes

We had some amazing strawberry smoothies at the Cove Cafe with Mike and Robin, Walt and Di, and Cass one morning. They were just amazing. Thanks for the great idea again Mike. :thumbsup2 I think we are planning another smoothie meet on the BOB cruise. Come join us! :thumbsup2

This BOB'er is signing off for the night, see ya on the flip side.........:wave2:

No we are on the member cruise, we don't go anywhere but cc! I thought it was on the ship. Will have to remember that for 09!

I like my strawberry smoothie with rum in it:rolleyes1

good night, I am not far behind, Went to step tonight after being on vacation. It was painful, have to get these lbs off before family reunion in July.....ugh

I think we might try Mullet Beach on St Maarten, looks like a nice little beach with some shade and not too overrun with tourists. I would love to get to Trunk Bay this time, looks gorgeous!
Maybe we'll have to coordinate so the kids can play together.

Other things we were thinking of doing onboard that we can't book until we're on the ship:

Martini tasting (again!)
Galley Tour (if offered)
Rainforest passes (the lizard queen needs a hot, flat rock)
One of the adult entertainment classes (never have made it to any of these yet)

I'd love to do a different kind of tasting if they offer one, but we've done the wine class before and the beer tasting is stuff that we've had here at home so we have no interest in doing that.

I think a tequila tasting or a rum tasting could be fun and informative. :thumbsup2

Where do you find out about those things when you get on board? Is it in the Navigator? If so, do you actually sign up for it or just show up?

I would have loved the bridge tour. I see that the kids get to go sometimes. Do they ever offer an adult bridge tour?

Matthew:cool2:
