Speaking of the podcast, I am just ITCHING to go on that dang podcast cruise in May I have been sending in some emails in hopes of being picked for the prize-matron because they still have some podcast cruises to give away

Airfare for the 3 of us is about $2200 so another $2000 for the cruise and then extra $$$ for tips and transfers, it's just not affordable for us.

Well kids, summer is here tomorrow afternoon. Longest day of the year too. Now the days will start getting shorter.

Getting ready to watch and tape Lina's graduation on our local cable channel. I found out our local Comcast Cable company was at the graduation Tuesday night and recorded the ceremony.

how cool is that!!

We just saw "our baby" as she was marching in, mom and dad started cheering, Lina isn't home so we can scream all we want!!!

Well, good morning everybody.

Today is fun day at Ellis' school. Non uniform day and toy day- they just play all day

Then its the summer school fayre afterwards.
Guess what idiot volunteered to do sorting in the morning and stall setting in the afternoon and maybe running a stall til 9pm - yep! - me

I ache like crazy after yesterdays pilates so I hope its not too manual

I also hope they dont put me on the cake stall - I'm likely to eat ll their profits

Phew! - I'm back from school. I have 45 minutes off then back to set up more stalls. I've just folded up 1,500 raffle tickets all morning

I'm still avoiding the cake stall

However they did come round with big chunks of toblerone for everybody - I ate my chunk

Scrapbook pages....

I'm only posting the 3 best ones because they're not photographing well...I get a glare from the flash.

I used to be a scrapbooker... I don't know if I can call myself one anymore since it's been so long since a picture hit a page!

I only have albums for my kids right now... I'm actually on the 3rd book with Megan. I haven't gotten to her 2cnd year of life yet...and she is 10 now!

Sarah has about a dozen pages from her first couple of weeks.

They were about 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 when we moved. My stuff was in storage for 6 months. I did a little bit and sent my MIL a mini-scrapbook a year or so after we were here. I never got my mom's done. My scrabook room has acumulated too much stray stuff. So... while the kids are away, our plan is to declutter the whole house!

I'll have to find a Creative Memories person to get the Disney stuff! I bought some at WDW and on the cruise, but I'd really like to see the CM stuff!

I started scrapboking after DS was born...a co-worker of mine is a consultant and got me started. I really do like doing it, but I don't always have time. I'm almost 2 years behind in DS's albums, but I'm still going to plan to scrap the photos - I figure I'll have time eventually!

I highly recommend the Disney Milestones album kit - it's a bunch of journaling boxes and photo mats with Mickey and the gang - very cute!

I've also found some cute Disney scrapbooking stuff at Michaels and at joann.com.

Good morning/afternoon all....

I fell down the stairs at DS's daycare yesterday and twisted my ankle yesterday - I'm ok for the most part but the ankle is still a bit sore. I sat on the couch last night and had ice on it. I'm such a klutz!

Karen - Mmmmmm....toblerone....where's my piece? Hope you survived the rest of the day!

Heather - Hi! I posted a couple of layouts, but they didn't photograph too well. Maybe I'll try again in the daytime so I don't set off the flash....after I have a few more pages done.
