Talking of otters, do you know them little bugg**s dont half have sharp teeth. One of them bit my leg, and it was only a small asian one.

i have a flip floppy stomach this morning

See below.

Baby #3???

We think alike Andy. :rotfl2:

Paige if i knew how to "nick" pictures off the web I'd show you what slums some British soldiers and their families are made to live in...Built in the 50's many have had NOTHING really done to them since,Many "appear" to be derelict their in such a state, yet we have the money to built brand new "Immigration" HOTELS for immigrants who if the truth were told bloody hate us...were a joke ain't we?...Or the young Kid shoot in Iraq by accident when a british soldier dropped his weapon causing an accidental discharge got $5m compensation for his injuries while a 23 year old lad from 2 Para got only $500k for the loss of 3 limbs and a good bit of his brain.....:(

Any useless dregs out there come to Britain we'll take care of you,and after everything we've done for you ain't enough we'll pay you to go back home and settle in......I KID YOU NOT PEOPLE.....Rant over sorry.....:rolleyes1

:(

...and all he could do was take it and go home, huh? injustice, plain and simple.

:( :worried: :(

Great...If you will allow me, will give you the "quarter" tour if you haven't been to San Antonio before....

By the way, Di just called, hard to put into words the excitement in her voice..."We just fininshed Aladdin"...Then in the background "Hurry Elijah Asiah we can do it again, no line...Hurry Hurry..this is grandma's favorite ride..." sounding like a 10 year old...Warm to the Heart hearing the excitement in her voice...Priceless

Walt

Disney will do that to ya. :cool1:

:rotfl2: That reminds me of when we took a teeny plane to Venezuela to see the Angel falls - meant to be the worlds tallest:confused3 ...anyway, we got near to them, everyone had cameras ready to see this wonderful spectacular falls ...............only to find out it was dry season:rotfl2:

There was just a trickle coming over the top:rotfl2:
It cost us an absolute fortune - I'm sure there was a man at the top behind a bush chucking a bucket of water over every time he heard a plane:rotfl2:

And then, after we landed............

they sold us all a large (and very expensive) photo of what they should have looked like:lmao: .......... and we all bought one:lmao:

It was hysterical

On the very same trip we also were meant to be going on a "walk through the jungle" - holy crap:scared1: - the guides infront of us had mashetees (sp) and were hacking through this undergrowth til we got to the stream we could swim in.

It took me all my courage to get in the water *** I could see huge spiders along the bank and so I kept my t shirt and trainers on...... I got in and swam like a mad thing to this cave thing which was meant to be "spectacular".

Half way there I felt something wrap round my leg..... I FREAKED!, started screaming and kicking about thinking it was a snake in the water. The guides jumped in with knives in hand, other tourists started panicking...... it was real scary............

They got me out of the stream only to find......................

it was my shoelace off my trainers:rolleyes1

I have NEVER felt so stupid in all my life:lmao:

:rotfl2:

Glad you enjoyed my embarrassing story...

Anyone else got one?:confused3

Sure, but I'm not sure I want to tell it. :rotfl:

:rotfl2:

And Hilary ain't like a fine wine is she?.....and his "I have a dream" nobody is buying that crap over there right?.....:confused3

And she won't concede until this weekend sometime??? I have visions of seeing her dragged across the stage hanging onto Obama's ankles thinking that there will be a recall of some sort. :confused3

Ok, here's my embarassing story, along the same line as Karens.

We had a few little mice running around at work one day. I was getting ready to leave and went to put my boots on. I slipped my foot into the boot and felt something wiggle inside. I screamed bloody murder and was totally freaking out because I knew one of the mice found it's way into my boot!:scared1:

One of the men I worked with came running over and was yanking at my boot to get it off as I sat there screaming!! :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

My boots had cloth tabs on each side on the inside of them to assist in pulling them on. One of the tabs must've broken off and was laying inside of my boot. No mouse, just a tab. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

After that I a few wisenheimers that would put pictures of mice in my office and I even received 6 "mouse beenie babies" for my birthday one year.
:rolleyes1 :rolleyes1 :rolleyes1

Just jumping in ... didn't read back ... I think Obama is too smart to name Clinton as his running mate. His message is about changing things in Washington and if he's going to stay true to that message he can't run with two people who've been heading the party machinery since 1992 (and I say two because it's a 2-fer-1 deal ... he gets Hillary and Bill).

Having said that, he's still got to pick someone who's fairly well known, but I don't know enough to speculate about who it will be. :confused3

And that's all I'm going to say publicly about politics because in general it's impossible to have a real discussion about the topic and this isn't the place anyway. :duck:

How is everyone? :goodvibes

Made it back from the rainy south, had a fab time except for the weather.
Still trying to catch up, just read the last few pages,
Karen - loved your story.
Paige - those boys were the sweetest and all so polite.
i will post pics when sean puts them in photobucket, dont know what to do.
there are some great pictures of olivia and i at the otter sanctuary, feeding and cleaning out the otters, we were otter keepers for the morning so we had to do all the jobs that they do, yes even cleaning out poo. Funny i seemed to get that job:rotfl: .
It was awesome.

Welcome back Cath. It has been a bit wet, hasn't it?

Ouch...and they look so sweet!

I just stopped by the house for my afternoon break, upon arriving home Lina told me that one of her fellow classmate's father hung himself yesterday. This, with less than two weeks until graduation, please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers. :worried:

Ouch...and they look so sweet!

They really were cute, but my leg with its big bruise and cut doesnt agree.
Still had a great time, not something you do often.
Since coming home on saturday the weather has been great, typical. You only have to say bank holiday and half term for the kids and hey presto, the rain begins.

OMG that is awful, I can't even imagine. Those poor kids. Will pray for all.
