It's a little pot (looks like a teapot). You put saline solution in it mixed with warm water, bend over the sink, tilt your head to one side and pour it in one nostril. It then runs out the other nostril cleaning out your sinuses. Then you do the other side.

Sounds gross, but it works. Clears up the allergies too. :thumbsup2

OH yeah. Gross, but it does work!

It sounds like that would hurt but maybe I should try it for my allergies, they've really been driving me nuts this week.

The Wonder cruise that we just got off was our first trip to Nassau. We did talk to a few people that decided to stay on the ship. However, we took the $39 tour to Atlantis. We toured the aquarium and the "ruins" If felt it was worthwhile. I was not at all impressed with the city itself. So much poverty. :sad2: It was night and day compared the Paradise Island (Atlantis). Our tour met at 11:15 am and we got to Atlantis just after noon. The guided tour lasted about an hour. Then you were free to wander on your own. Buses returned to the ship every half hour up until 4:30 PM.

If we do the Nassau cruise again, we might stay on the ship. But for our first trip, I'm glad we visited Atlantis.

I've been keeping track of everyones replies on this, thanks everyone. I'm going to give this info to the receptionist at the dentist office along with telling her to check out the cruise board here again.

I'm all caught up here, it seems it's been quiet here the last few days, it didn't take me long to catch up. I think this post will give me the page all to myself ;)

I'm Mrs. Page 119 :cool1: 19 is my favorite number so it must have been meant to be, I haven't gotten a whole page to myself in a long time.

I've spent the last 2 nights researching our trip east for this summer. We leave in 2 weeks and I cancelled the hotel reservations we had for both the New York and Boston areas and made different ones. Rach had been asking if we could somehow fit in Philadelphia too so we are now actually going there first and staying one night before heading to New York City. Now I need to research what are the "must do" things for Philadelphia that we can do in 1 day. Andy or anyone else in that area can you give me any recommendations on what to see and where to stay?

I sent you a PM. I moved to CO after living in Philly for 25 years. I miss it!

Hi Everyone (who are all probably sleeping while this west coaster is still awake)
Have to post a proud wife moment today. My DH Sean got to shoot at the range with the FBI today::cop: . Shot a 47 out of 50 with the sniper rifle. :woohoo: Then the FBI held a BBQ Lunch, and he came home looking like a racoon. Yes Mother Goose he does need the sunscreen lecture when you see him.:duck: He was all:hyper: when he got home:cool2:

Sad moment of the day was when Sarah called me at work crying. The problem with special ed (besides the disability) is that she is in a class of 9-12graders, so some of her friends graduated tonight. She sat out on our porch and listened to some of the ceremony.:sad1:

Not quit alone. This is an East Coaster replying. I get home from work about midnight and am now getting caught up on Friday's postings. :surfweb: I see you have a couple more hours before you can say you're on the same day. Glad to hear the shooting results. ::cop: I have trouble hitting a standing target and then hunting season becomes a challenge because the dear don't stand still. The dear just do one of these, :dance3: .

Sure Cheryl. Sign off before I can get home and get on line. :furious: How are the gasoline prices your way? We, Rochester area, are running around $4.15. :scared1: Just think, next year at this time we will be thinking $4 was a bargain, just like we are now saying that of $3. See you when you get up later this morning. :surfweb:

On another note. :offtopic: The septic replacement went well. :worship: Now we can get back to a normal life. :) Lynn was getting tired of going over to church, if you know what I mean. :rotfl2: Just kidding. I don't know if I will ever have a garden again because the extra leach line now runs under where the garden use to be. I just can't get use to knowing that when I see veggies growing there. Who knows, maybe I could have giant veggies. :rotfl: :lmao:

I see you are now off line. You did not make it to Saturday. Oh well, I guess it is that time to sign off and get some sleep. To the UK buddies who are just now getting up, GOOD MORNING!!

Good Saturday Morning Peeps.........

Stopping by to say howdy before getting ready for work. If nothing else, the overtime $$ will come in handy for working today..............::yes::

Although I only live about 10 minutes from Philly, I hardly ever go over there except for sporting events or to go to the airport. The thing I can suggest is Independence Hall, The Liberty Bell, Besty Ross House, maybe the Art Museum(sp) you can do the Rocky Run up the steps. My brother Rob was a tour guide dressed up in the Colonial garb, I'm not sure if he still does that or not, he also portrays Ben Frankiln from time to time. I'll try to get in touch with him for any other suggestions.

Cheryl--here is a link to my brother Rob's Ben Franklin webpage. Rob is my half-brother from my mom's second marriage. You might even try to reach him by his e-mail address/phone number listed, but he is one hard fellow to get a hold of, as he works several different jobs to support his family. He even went to Russia to portray Ben Franklin for the US State Department.

I just sent off an e-mail to my brother Rob for you as well Cheryl, letting him know you might be in touch with him..........:cool1: ;)
