cute story.. at least we thought so....
the kids dropped off addison and i watched her for a little while. when they got back they told me the other day while they were working on the new babies room, addison came in and saw they had a little baby cleveland indians jacket for the newborn. (now for about 8 months out of the year i'll have an indians hat on. addison always takes it off of me and puts it on).
so when she saw the jacket she said "poppa".:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

it's funny, lately she been accenting the poppa so when she says it, it sounds like a litle french girl.:cutie: :cutie:
Awww! How sweet!

Not sure how much catching up I have to do, spent the past three hours looking through Lina's high school yearbook, the book has 360 pages and weighs a ton........:lmao:

After I get caught up here, we are going to watch the Video Yearbook.......:goodvibes

The yearbook this year cost $85.00, but it is sooooooooooooooooo nice. The entire book is in color, ours (Hazel and mine) were in black and white, as Lina would say, "In the Day" :lmao:

I'm not sure how much the video yearbooks are selling for, luckily Lina got that for free because she was one of the producers for the video yearbook. Lina said the video yearbooks sold for $15.00 and it is a 2 DVD disk set.

Carrie,

I would like to get together - I know it's a busy time of year. We'll plan something. :)

I just started reading your trippie - we have reservations at the Desert Inn also - what did you think of it??? We have a parlor suite A booked....

You just let us know what works for you and we will do it. We are pretty flexible around the holidays.

I liked the hotel but my parents had issues. I will be writing about it in the end of the trip report. But overall I grew up in Motel 6 and I would say it is a step up for just the standard room. I did not get to see any of the suites so you will need to take pictures for me please.

Good Night All, see you in the morning.............:wave2:

I was on my way home for my afternoon break when my cell phone started ringing. It was Hazel calling, as she started to talk to me she broke down. She said that Lina had just called and said she was staying after school to said good-bye to all her teachers and get each of them to sign her yearbook. Hazel told me as soon as she heard Lina's voice, she lost it.

I know Hazel is going to be a total wreck when she sees Lina in her cap and gown on Friday, who the heck am I kidding, I'll probably be a total wreck as well.........

Hazel and I feel as though we earned this diploma as much as Lina has, it's been a tough 13 years, at times, but the 3 of us made it...........::yes::

  To both your girls. I know what Hazel is going through. Congratulations to all of you on your accomplishment!

Carrie it's so great to see you back on here!!! Looking forward to reading your trippie!

Happy Birthday Kristen!

ever try those KAKI GORI's in japan? i know , they're just snow cones, but somehow taste better at epcot. :dance3:

THose are awesome! My favorite! We couldn't get over there one time and had regular snow cones on the other side of the lake... still EPCOT, but NOT as good! I love the strawberry!

I was looking at some pictures on one of our local news channel's website and this one shows what the clouds looked like when the storm came in. This was taken in the Village of Sussex (it is located between Nancy and I). Look at the wall of that cloud. :scared1:

Can't seem to get the picture to post, so you'll have to click on the link.

Coool! But scary! It reminded me of the movie "Twister" too!

For those of you interested I just post day 2 part one on my trip report. It took my longer then I wanted since Mackenzie is being a complete handful tonight. Now that she is in bed maybe I can get part 2 done.

Just checking in to say Hi and good night. I thought things would get a little more relaxed with school out --Uh No! We're getting some extra projects done around the house and getting ready for DS's birthday sleepover this Fri. He is extremely excited. He keeps checking the date on his ipod. I didn't even know those things had a calendar!

Well, nite all!
