MG--Lina just picked me up a 20 oz bottle of Smart Water at CVS. I will give it a try tomorrow while I am walking around. I like the fact that this doesn't have all the sugar that the Gatorade does. The SW bottle was a 1.59 at CVS, still that's only .10 cents more than what I paid today, and I won't be taking in all that sugar now either. Thanks for the tip!!!

Holy Cow! We just drove passed this house on Saturday afternoon before these pictures were taken!! (Pics of house start on #3).

Really didn't feel like getting on the computer much after dinner, in fact I just crashed on the livingroom floor for a couple of hours, having leg cramps from walking around in this stinking heat and humidity all day long and tomorrow is supposed to be worse than today. I went through 5 bottles of water and 2 bottles of Gatorade today. I'm getting too stinking old for this job, to think I was a young lad of 24 when I started reading meters, now I'm an old fart of 53, my how the years have changed me...............


And look, I get post #3113 to boot, this is my lucky day........

Ellis got a certificate today for helping on the ground force team at the weekend - he had to stand up infront of the whole school to get it

It's called Motherhood Karen... I used to ask my kids all the time, "What grade did I get"?

i used to use my "play dumb" act when it came time for kids homework.
then i knew my perfectionist wife would take over and help with schoolwork.

Well patrick is off and Mom shed quite a few tears. he looked so grown up in his uniform. I can't talk to him for 5 weeks, yikes I guess I will have to spend more time on here!!!!

Work is so busy- it's summer and I am going on vacation next week so I have to get a lot done before leaving. But I am leaving at 4, have to get back in the swing of the gym.

We were swimming at our friends house all evening. I was hoping the kids would be worn out when we got home but it looks like that only worked on me and Scott! What's up with that?

There was a conference about a mile from Disneyland Aug 18-20. I was hoping his hospital would send him and we would have come out the Fri before the conference. Isn't that the weekend you lucky dogs get on the Magic? We could have seen you all off. But that won't happen because of his stinky boss! She's normally great but now I have a different opinion because of this one instance.

That's good news for my weight loss goal. I was just going by what my coworker said today. I guess I didn't hear her correctly. I wish we were there the same time. A KK reunion in Aruba would have been awesome.
