I like those too, but since we started doing the donuts, their great. I think lower fat too, but I need to do a study on how much oil gets consumed in the cooking. I'll have to measure before and after to see. I will calc the % used and then figure the fat.

Maybe I'll do that before everyone comes over on the 4th. Since we have a side burner on the grill, I can make them outside. :thumbsup2 You all can watch if you want.

Jeff, is that recipe on the Food Network website? I'll have to go looking once I get caught up on the DIS...

I'm making progress, the last load of laundry is in the washer, and I also got all the dishes done as well.

Now, I'm working on getting the ST up...............oh my word, the ST just came out of her bedroom, what a sight she is too.............:lmao:

Want to come over to my house next? I have some laundry that needs to be done?

I still want to have Karen come over and paint...:rotfl:

Good morning/afternoon everyone. I have a little bit of time here this morning before I have to get Rach up so that she is ready for her musical this afternoon. Last nights performance went wonderfully, nad it was alot of fun to watch. It is amazing how well some of these kids can sing and they're just in middle school yet.

Thanks for the call Jeff, it was great chatting with you, Mr. 1000!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Jeff, I think my invitation got lost in the mail.:rotfl:

If you're in WI on the 4th of July, stop over. We'll love to have you. We have the space for a very large group and we can see 12-18 fireworks displays from the back patio.

Well, I have veto rights :rolleyes1 If Rob got what he really wanted it would have cost us $20K for the two computers

Oh, that sounds lovely Andy! On Thursday it was gorgeous here, about 63F and all that snow had melted, Kira and I had a lovely day at the zoo. Yesterday, the snow started falling at 10AM and it hasn't stopped since. We are now in a deep freeze for the whole week  I have lived in Calgary for 26 years now and I have never seen this kind of weather at the end of April. :scared1: Usually if it snows now, it melts the next day but since our temps are so low for this next week, all that snow will stay and the roads are horrible, underneath all the snow is ice :sad2:

I have veto power too! :rotfl:

Sorry to hear about the icky weather Cass! Hope it warms up sooner than expected!

Pete and i have done that....we used to play an online gme together, and we'd chat to eachother on the computer instead of talking - and we were sitting right next to each other in the office! :rotfl2:

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

We are planning to fly down Friday and come home Sunday....

Edited to add my accidental FO! :)

Is your whole group planning on those same days Jen?

I wonder when the Janice and Mark and their friends from Tomah are planning on doing?

Al was never able to get ahold of his friend for me to call his sister yesterday. Maybe today if there's a chance before the musical or after we go out for dinner to celebrate. We have time yet to get this all sorted out.

Here is me with Amelia at her 3rd birthday party yesterday...

You're a little too late, my laundry chores are DONE for this weekend!!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I will have to try these? Can you buy them at the regular grocery store?

I usually get them online at vitalicious.com, but I live in a smaller city. There is a store locator on the site - I think they are sold at Whole Foods and that type of store...

4th of July? Did I miss something - are we all invited over? :lmao:

I did invite you. I swore you said yes. I talked about it I thought at the Packer party or shortly after that.

If you don't recall, I'll re-invite you.

Do you want to come over on the 4th? We'll be cooking out in the backyard and watching the fireworks (they won't be right above us, but we can still see a ton).

PM me if you guys are available and want to come over.

Emily is in the front low at the far left.....They were awarded 3rd place for Inspection, 1st place for the Color Guard, 1st place for standard without arms (marching without weapons), 1st place for standard with arms (marching with weapons), and 1st place overall.

I still laugh when I think this is my girl who wore a dress every night on the cruise.

Congrats Emily!:cheer2: :cheer2:

I'll have to go looking for that recipe Jeff mentioned, although in my mind Paula Deen and lowfat don't usually end up in the same category!

No, Paula Dean is not Low Fat.

I found the low-fat biscuits at Piggly Wiggly (Sentry may have them also since it is the Food Club label). Most biscuits are 5 or more grams of fat, but these are only 1 gram per 2 biscuits.

Like I said, I need to do a calculation on the oil consumption to get a true measure of the fat or points.

I will do that before the 4th. :thumbsup2

But nonetheless, they are sooooooo good, especially when they are warm.
