Good morning everyone!

I'm switching from the October 31st Western today to this October 24th one. Reasons are the timing and the itinerary. We also wanted an AFT Cat 6 but right now on the one we're booked we can only get Forward. I'm just not happy with that.

Hi Melody, what a surprise!!! wait 'til I tell Hazel about this, she is going to be quite surprised and excited!!!

We sailed with Melody, and her DH, EB back in January 2005, they are such a sweet couple. In fact Melody was expecting their first child when we sailed with them, they now have two children, but I'll let her tell you about them. Melody and EB were also our dinner tablemates!!!

Health update.

Good news - Rick went for his 6th month check up with the Dr's and got the OK on his heart and blood pressure.

Bad news - the Dr's has said that we both need Hep A and B vaccinations for our Repo cruise and I hate needles.

Good news on on Rick though

Had a good evening with Bev and Dave. Plans for the Repo video are in hand with some surprises in store.

Suprises? - nothing to do with my Planky I hope - he's not going to be thrown overboard is he?

We're ready for 2nd May....

I'm not jealous at all

I ended up eating about 5-6 cookies' worth of cookie dough when I planned for 2 in my points

However - I'm going to end up working pretty hard today raking leaves at the family cottage, so I will atone for my "sins" ....

I was a bad boy last night myself. I had about 6 chocolate chip cookies for a snack, with a glass of skim milk, before going to bed............

I'll write more this weekend to formally introduce myself. Today is Amelia's 3rd birthday party and I have a lot to do to get ready. Right now I'm trying to empty my digital camera onto my computer so I have room for her party. I promise I'll write more soon!

I love to bake...it's sort of sad that I can't do it that much anymore.

Have you ever seen Vitamuffins? They're a line of muffins that have extra fiber, vitamins, etc. They taste pretty good too. They have prebaked muffins, but they also have mixes. When I reallly need to bake something, I'll bake a batch of vitamuffins, and they're a good indulgence.

Fiber One has a muffin mix too. Apple Cinnamon Muffins with 5g of fiber. I haven't tried them yet, maybe I should mix them up today. The box does say they are limited edition so I'm not sure how long they'll be around
