OK, I have to head back a few pages and see what I missed while I was WORKING this morning...........;)

hey I'm workin here too! I'm workin on kicking your Gr@$$!! Looks like I'm on my own! Karen, Jen?? What happened to Team WISVAUK???

I feel the Earth, move, under my feet............... :scared1:

Two days in a row with the music analogy Andy. Nice.

Although, I'm thinking back to yesterday's and maybe Werewolf of London would have been good too. Since they howl at the full moon and she is from England and all. :lmao:

I also did the real age quiz and am waiting for the results. I didn't officially sign up, but plan to follow along, it looks interesting.
Did my southern WI friends feel the quake?

B - glad you are okay, you've had your share of weird weather. Hope your house is okay, basement and all. Have fun in Vegas, that is such a fun place to visit.

Nancy - Have a wonderful time this weekend. Can't wait to see pictures.

Andy - LOVE the prints.

Tanya - have fun on your cruise, we want a full report.

Jeff - The grilled cheese place sounds yummy.

Shelley - I love hummus, but usually buy from the store, never tried to make my own, maybe it's not too hard, just lazy. I have it on pretzel crisps, yum, yum.

You should sign up - I think it will be fun...especially with all your Bobaloser friends...

there have apparently been three aftershocks so far but this was the first one that was strong enough to feel. No report yet on the magnitude of that last one.

thanks for all the good thoughts, I really apprecitate them. :grouphug:

at this point there's not a whole lot we can do but wait. I told Jay if this keeps up by the time he gets home the entire porch will have collapsed. :lmao:

Sketties are ready, gotta go...............:wave2:

I don't think I'll be contributing much to Team LNT this weekend. We're off and running in a few minutes. Cabo goes to the Animal Motel for the weekend, we have to clean the house (again) because there were too many "kids" here last night, pedicure, manicure, rehersal, rehersal dinner etc...(whoah...did I just bore you all with all that?) Somewhere in between all this, Chuck is golfing with the boys.

Lori and Tanya, make me proud girls. I'm counting on ya!!:cheer2:

Nancy have a Wonderful Wedding Weekend :goodvibes :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny: :sunny:

I went to the grocery store this morning and stocked up on healthy foods too! I found a new 100 Calorie Pack Snack Mister Salty Milk Chocolate Covered Pretzels and of course I had to try them already, they were yummy, granted you don't get very many for 100 calories but hopefully it will be just enough to curb the salty sweet need.
We eat out alot, too much, and this is the first week in a long, long time that we have actually eaten dinner at home every night since Sun. and tonight we have left over night to eat up all the little containers of left overs from the week. I am really going to try and keep making dinner at home more often like this. I can tell it is helping already, I lost 2 pounds this week!

Good for you on the 2 pounds!:cheer2:

I am trying a lot harder to cook every day except Saturday. That is our out-and-about day anyway. Cooking at home is better for you, and better for the budget too!

I'll have to look for those 100 cal packs...I always like to try new ones.

One thing I forgot to get is some Dark chocolate hershey sticks - they're 60 calories each, so I can have a portion controlled chocolate fix.

Just checked my email again, still waiting for my results. Jen you're not old, you just need BL to get you on track and then I bet if you take the realage test again you'll drop some years!

I was VERY honest when I took the test, so as soon as I get my weight down and increase fruit/veggie intake an exercise, I'll score much better.

aftershock was 4.5 at 10:15 this morning ... the others have been registering around 2.5 which are too small to feel.

I'll need to look for the Hershey sticks, I also love Tootsie Rolls for a "lower fat" chocolate fix, if only I could learn to limit the number of them I eat I'd be fine.

I know I keep telling myself cooking at home is healthier and like you said better for the budget but I just need to keep motivated to do it. We have been so busy at work lately and I have been putting in extra hours and often times I just don't feel like cooking and then having to clean up the kitchen after working but I managed to do it this week, even after working overtime 2 ofthe days so hopefully that will keep me motivated.
I got my realage back and I am 2.9 years younger than my actual age so I'll take it.

Yes I am sure you'll score much, much better!!!! :cheer2:
I need to increase my veggie intake, decrease red meat, and increase exercise. Now if they had a question about how often do you eat out I am sure I would have scored much older :rotfl2: but I am really going to continue working on that.

Rcahel's musical is tomorrow night and Sun. afternoon with dress rehearsal tonight from 5-9. It has been a busy week for her but she is excited!

Rach is ready to get rid of most of her teachers. I think she is really ready to get out of middle school and on to high school. She's had some "strange" teachers this year taht are new to taeching in the middle school and about ready to retire, it's a good thing she is a good student so her grades have stayed very good.

What musical is she doing?

I'm here - I'm trying to keep up....but I have to do work too! :headache:

Just keep swimming, just keep swimming....

What musical is she doing?

Seusical The Musical, she says she thinks they're ready and that it is really cute. I can't wait to see it! Now I just have to remember to pick up some flowers for her tomorrow for after the performances.

With the way the gas prices are going through the roof, I'm so glad we put new tires on the car this week. The old tires needed to be replaced as they were the original tires and they had 40,000 miles on them. Plus, we earned some Disney Reward Dollars as well........;)
