The exercise part did not help me much. It did not like the fact that I answered 0 to all the exercise questions. Sorry I just don't do it.

Oh by the way for those interested. I have gained more weight. At last dr. appointment I am at 104.5. .5 more pounds and I beat my pregnancy weight. I can not wait.

Hi Carrie!

I was older too - I don't exercise enough either.

Good for you on the weight! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Ok...back to grindstone. See you later.

Morning Jen...how are you today? Feeling positive?

Hi Heather! :wave2:

I'm feeling good today! I totally stayed within my points yesterday.

This morning, I started making my casserole for dinner tonight - baked ziti. I use whole wheat pasta, fat free ricotta, and I grate zucchini into the sauce for extra veggies. No meat. I'm also going to that Zumba class tonight, so I'm all set! How about you?

My senior year of high school, I lived in Cali, Colombia for 11 months as a foreign exchange student through Rotary Intl. One of the things I experienced was learning how to dance the merengue and salsa from the "natives" - Cali calls itself "the capital of the salsa". Sometime, Ill share the story of how I learned the salsa...it was kind of funny. I also spent one week on holiday in Cartagena - so I was telling Jeff there's nothing to fear.

How cool! You can show off your salsa talents next October:dance3:

I'd say either rest or swimming - that will be the lowest impact on your back. Too much strain and you'll really hurt yourself and be out of commission longer.

By the way - you've been caught multi posting again....shame on you, Karen! :snooty: :lmao: :rotfl:

I jsut walked on the treadmill and did a little eliptical - 1 hour in total. I feel ok.

Sorry about the multiposting:rolleyes1 :flower3:

I was supposed to make cupcakes for Amelia's class today. OOOPS! I grocery shopped yesterday but forgot eggs. And I love to bake, too, so it's not like I didn't want to do it! Now I might have to BUY them. UGH!!!!!!

Oops! - we're all human - dont worry about it.

Good morning BoBers!!

How about a little cruise talk?

What is one of your favorite foods/meals onboard?

One of my faves is the crab dip appetizer. Positively yummilicious!!:thumbsup2

Have a great day BoBers!

And "Welcome" to any new people sailing with us......:goodvibes :goodvibes

Good for you getting your exercise in!

You know I'm just teasing you about the multi-posting ;)

Good work Jen:cool1: - you'll be a beach babe before you know it:cool1:

I've swapped everything to wholewheat too. Even the tortilla for tonights fajitas. Its gotta be better than the white bread etc we were eating.

I did the real age thing - I'm only 3 months older than my actual age. The recomendtions were mostly about vitamins and calcium.

Keep it up Jen:thumbsup2

Cruise talk...yeay!

I don't think I had the crab dip appetizer....although that's not something I would pass up...:confused3 Was that in one of the dining rooms or Palo?

I had a seafood stuffed fish (don't remember what kind) that was wonderful... and I enjoyed the Grand Marnier souffle also.

Thanks Karen!

I try to do whole grains/whole wheat whenever possible too. My guys didn't say anything when I switched from white bread to wheat bread, so I don't think they cared too much!

Mine would have to be that pizza from Palo. I even ate Jeff's share:rolleyes1

Next time I want one all to myself::yes::

The steaks were good too. Considering Jeff had to talk us into going to Palo we were soooooo glad we went. We'll be there again next time::yes::

Hello everyone! Long lost Tink here! I come and read the thread when I can, but you people are hard to keep up with! Is it easier onboard? :lovestruc I just wanted to pop in and say 'Hello' !

Hiya Sheri!!! Hope things are well with you! Don't be a stranger here. Pop in and let us know you are still alive from time to time. :goodvibes

We didn't make it to Palo last time...this time we're going. I think we're going to try for brunch and dinner. Dinner will be alone....

Thanks Shelley. Scott the day off today with Harrison. And he cleaned the rest of the house!:worship: I am a happy woman right now.

This must be a day for good DH. In a burst of energy this morning I stripped and washed all the beds in the house. I only got one put back. DH, who has never made a bed during our marriage, made the rest of the beds with DD's help!:worship:

:scared1: Tanya and Lori that is amazing!!! What has gotten into the men in your family!! Whatever it is bottle it up and send some to me in Richmond. :thumbsup2

She loves the room now.

Don't forget, I do the wash and watch the kid without questions if she wants a night out with the girls.

If she was on here, I'm sure she'd defend me.

Your so great Jeffy! Can I send Woody out to you for some training?

Well then, besides you and Robin, Walt/Di and Lynn/Chris, I guess we're all getting divorced. :rotfl:

 Could you imagine that in court? Reason for divorce-He/She left me for people on the internet. People? Yeah, 40 of them!

Good moring all from Sunny Florida- finally i think winter is over.

Did well on food choices and did over an hour of Aerobics,

Favorite cruise food?--all the desserts!!!!! my down fall and all frozen drinks:banana:

So I'm looking at the post count competition and here is where we are through 1,430 posts:

233 Andy
324 Jeff
557 Total

108 Jen
89 Karen
55 Shelley
252 Total

87 Lori
30 Tanya
21 Nancy
138 Total

Total of both other teams: 390

Other notables not on teams:
GOS 128
Cheryl N. WI 70
Dyerneeds 61

You know, if I count the 3rd, 4th and 5th posters overall, their total is 325. If I include this post, I will be at 325.

Guess I need a life or a break from the DIS. :sad2:

Jen and Karen. My lovely buddies. I think for the good of the team I should be replaced by Mrs. GOS. You need her for the rally against the boys! Maybe next thread I will be back in the game. Too much going on right now. :headache:

Kristin kept us busy today looking for halls for her wedding. They are looking at late October or early November of this year. We're at an impass. She wants small and elegant but cheap. Checked out a place in Oconomowoc and then checked out a few options online. She also is thinking of one of those fancy wedding tents in our yard. We have a huge front yard but with too many trees and our backyard is on a slope and won't work. Also, we aren't sure of the ordinances in our village and all the legalities.
:confused3  :confused3

October!!!! It's the best month for weddings! October 18 is an excellent day!!:goodvibes Not that I'm biased or anything. :thumbsup2
