No time to read back this morning, although it would be much easier than the two hours I spent yesterday morning just catching up from the weekend.

Off to ride my bike before work then take Cabo for a walk before the rain hits.

I was supposed to make cupcakes for Amelia's class today. OOOPS! I grocery shopped yesterday but forgot eggs. And I love to bake, too, so it's not like I didn't want to do it! Now I might have to BUY them. UGH!!!!!!

I went to bed early last night and just got up a little bit ago. My knees are feeling better this morning, so far!!!

I do have the heating pad wrapped around them at the moment, just to try and loosen them a bit before starting my day.

Looks like I have about 7 pages to catch up on this morning.

Did I ever tell you that in the home where my 99 year old Grandma lives, they have a computer lab and they have the university come in to teach them the computer?

I was supposed to make cupcakes for Amelia's class today. OOOPS! I grocery shopped yesterday but forgot eggs. And I love to bake, too, so it's not like I didn't want to do it! Now I might have to BUY them. UGH!!!!!!

What time does school start? Do you still have time? What if you brought them later for the class (i.e. drop her off, then head to the store, make them, and then head to the school with them). Then you could see the kids enjoying the cupcakes.

I'll like one too if you could run it here.

As for R&C, I'm not a big fan of that menu, but Suz wants to try it sometime. Other than that, we haven't done much in Epcot. We were going to do the Land last time, but chose not to. We also had the one in Coronado booked (we were staying there) but chose not to go back for that one either. We will try that one sometime.

Where are you staying this trip?

Shelly - being a brit, I would recmmend the R&C any time. The menu was better when they had the pie sampler, but Rick loves the prime rib. And I can get a proper english cup pf tea
