The class didn't give you a hands-on experience, just what to use, and how to use it. Also the steps to take to make sure it turns out right.

I was surprised to hear I can tile right over my vinyl floor. That will save time (and headache of subfloor).

I'm waiting until my uncle sends me the tile saw before we start the job.

i'm usually pretty good at that stuff, but tile is something i've never done before.

Evening folks. Just got back from Outback Steakhouse a little bit ago. YUMMY! Harrison isn't feeling well though. He has a fever and just wants to be held or sleep. Of course he is fast asleep now. We'll see what happens in a couple of hours.

Poor little guy Kira's had a fever for 3 days now and a runny nose for two days. She's only been over her last cold for 2 weeks and already sick again. There should be a rule, kids aren't allowed to get sick.

I hope Kira starts feeling better soon too. I'm not sure what's up with Harrison. Nothing else seems wrong so far. I guess Scott will get the day off if he has a fever in the morning.

Me either. My brother tells me it isn't too difficult. The room we're doing is only a 5 1/2 x 7 bathroom. I figure if it gets too screwed up, it won't cost a lot to have someone come fix it.

I liked Outback the one time I went there (in Vegas - had the lamb). Suz got $20 for there as gift, but isn't too thrilled about it. I told her I would use it.

I seem to be the "lurker" this time around. Lynn says I'm now hocked on the boards like she was last year before the '07 Oct. cruise. Oh well. Lynn keeps me up to date as to who everyone is. In fact, she just got through asking me who the talkers are and when I mentioned all the posted names she was able to tell me who was who. I'm sure you all will eventually hear from her as we get a little closer to the cruise.

robins gym had a dance class workout today.(salsa dancing or something)
she said they had a signup sheet for pole dancing workout so she signed up.
(i'm serious)
starts in a week or so. i cant wait.

I can't resist jumping in on this conversation. Lynn has been talked into taking belly dancing lessons by some of her friends in our church choir. We have been kidding our pastor that this could lead into a new liturgical dance that could be performed at mass. He got . Lynn has also signed up to begin Yoga classes. I told her they should get the pastor to sign up for Yoga also so he could learn how to deal with reactions of having belly dancing at church services.
