Whoa!!!! Just checked into flights for June 13th to Orlando. We could pay anywhere between $275.00 and $712.00 each depending on the time. :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: I wonder if it'll be cheaper to fly into Dayton instead.

Nancy,

I just looked at it, and with that flight that is 6/13-6/17, you have to come back early on the 17th.

Look at two one-ways. Down on Midwest on the 6:35 p.m. on that Friday (no need to take off work that day) and back on AirTran on their evening flight.

It was $156 and $103, respectively. That would give you the best flight times to maximize your time down there.

I think all the people from around here are heading down to WDW after school lets out that week.

Not sure if Alamo has a spot at Port, but they have two location in WDW, one of which is at the Dolphin. The other is the car care center at which they'd drive you back to your hotel.

If you don't need the car, I would drop it off. Doesn't the Swan and Dolphin charge $10/day for parking?

Otherwise, look at Budget or Avis. We're using Avis and got a full-size for only $51 one-way. Haven't checked prices though in 2 months, so I probably should to see if they went down.

No were looking at maybe going up to Busch gardens and some shopping in the 3 days we have left when we get off the ship,Jeff how are you returning to the Airport after the cruise?....

Well, I'm going to go get ready for work. Talk later people (or should I say Chris, since everyone else left a while ago).

Avis.

I can see if I have some coupons here for you. What date will you be taking it back to the airport?

I also have Budget coupons/codes as well. We can see which is cheaper.

Don't worry Jeff it's me not you....:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao:

Tea time 4/5pm on the 3nd.....:rolleyes1

Even better.

But what are you doing up at 4:30? Or is it really 5:00 because the DIS clock is surprisingly off again?

I woke up at 4:50 this morning, dreaming I was in someone's house reading their meter and their house caught on fire. I was up on the second floor looking out the window seeing the flames and trying to get out the window to jump to the ground...........that's when I woke up........couldn't go back to sleep after that. The last thing I remember seeing on the news before going to bed last night was, the fires in Florida.

8 days only, huh? May have to get this thread to slow down so I can pass you in the post count once you're gone. :rolleyes1

And then start the new one while you're gone and get a jump on you. ;)

I will be taking my laptop with me.............;) ;) ;)

68* is cold?

That is the normal temp in the house here. I'm sweating if it gets to 70*.

For my DW and DD 68* is freezing :rotfl: ..........it felt comfortable to me..........:)

Yeah, but you will still be driving for a few hours. And don't you have dial up down there?

Yeah, but with no TV in the trailer, I have more time to DIS.............:lmao:

I wish. Walt and I had a fantastic time. ate everywhere. kona cafe for tonga toast. ate at wilderness lodge twice at their special cafe. breakfast and dinner. ate at Victoria and Alberts. nice but way overpriced. Tusker house for character breakfast. Brown Derby for dinner. Went to all four parks. had a blast. Went swimming twice at the hotel. The lodge was beautiful and comfy but still we did not spend enough time to make up the difference in money between all stars and there. Walt and I had a great anniversary. We ate at Victoria and Alberts. rode all modes of transportation. The boat from the lodge is very handy. Quick and convenient. Almost did everything at every park. Walts brothers granddaughter was in High School Musical at Hollywood Studios. We had a great time watching her dance. She had a great part. I went on Tower of Terrors. It was fun. saw alot of the shows. really we had a great time and wonderful anniversary weekend. Walt sure does know how to have a well planned and fun time. Wished we got to meet up with Lori and family but never did. I looked around for them everywhere we went. Lori you look great. Keep up the hard work. Diane

Glad you had a great time Di...any pics?

We had a great trip and I enjoyed all the relaxation. Bermuda was beautiful. I just wasn't prepared for the difference between RCCL and DCL. I had such a high standard after the Magic in 2003!

Sounds like RCCL disappointed you?

Just looked at our weather for the week
Tomorrow: 91
Wednesday:97
Thursday:104:scared1:
Friday:102
Saturday:99
Sunday:95

Guess it's time to dust off the air conditioner.

Becky noticed your link to your blog. Are you going to do a live update?

Great photo's - did you enjoy the segway tour?

Good morning all,

I love all the pictures.

Bermuda is beautiful, we went on our Honeymoon 25 years ago.

My sister arrived last night. She is here for three weeks. I wasjust trying to figure out how to do a quick trip to WDW. I have most of my vacation days planned for this year but I might be able to sqeeze one more in. I am going to check Shades of Green for the week end of May 30th.
