Hi all,
A few weeks ago I posted about Sean's grandmother being sick. We thought we would lose her then, but she took a turn for the better and surprised us all. Well about a week ago Sean got a call saying that her kidneys were failing again and she was refusing dialysis. Tonight he got the call that they expect her to pass within the next 24-48 hours. They are giving her morphine every 2 hours to keep the pain at a minimum. I think she is ready to go and be at peace. Please keep her and Sean's family in your prayers.
I'm so sorry to hear this. I will pray for her and Sean's family today. :grouphug:

LOL
I think I know who you are talking about. They set that up every year! Can you post the link here?

I happened to come upon that webcam last night, but the fireworks were already over. :sad2:

Well, good morning folks,

:goodvibes HAPPY SUNDAY MORNING! :goodvibes

Watched Mr. and Mrs. Smith last night. Good movie!
Today I have to serve at mass (Eucharistic Ministry) and then we have a Communion party this afternoon.

I cannot believe how quickly this weekend is FLYING by!

Don't you hate that they're changing everything? Next thing you know, the Dole Whips will be all fat free yogurt! :scared:

Please no, that is so my favorite thing to eat ar WDW. Does any one know if they have it in Disneyland?

Andy,

When my oldest came with us when he was 18. They had a hard time finding things to do. They were not allowed in the bars to see the shows at night. There was stuff for the teens and stuff for the adults but not much for the 18-21 crowd. We brought his girlfrind so he had someone to hang out with, but not many organized activities. The went to Palo for dinner & brunch so that was fun. They still had a great time but they still were a little bored at night.

Hi Joanne,

One thing about Angelina, as long as she has a movie to watch somewhere, she is in good shape. The first thing she does when we get in our cabin is grab the movie paper and starts to highlight what movie she wants to see when. She never really got involved with the teen program at The Stack. She did go to the 411 the first night, and maybe did one or two teen activities, but that was about it.

I've never had a Dole Whip, but I seem to see alot about them, I guess I'm really missing out on something, eh? :confused3

They are delicious, just like the ones in hawaii at the dole plant.

Ok, I normally don't share these kind of emails but I was laughing my butt off, so I thought you guys might get a good chuckle too! :lmao:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Cass, thanks for the Kira fix. :thumbsup2

Anyone else have some great "kiddo" pics?

I'm eating a Mango Itialian water ice, makes me feel like I'm back on the Magic!!! ;)

We only have the cherry or lemon one"s around here> Mango sounds wonderful.:lovestruc

We've been in a funk this week, but everything is fine.

Don't think I'll be getting this promo. :confused3 We now have a new HR mgr and everyone is having a fit saying she is out of control.

She told me she was thinking about hiring an external candidate. (She has no degree and no SAP experience) But she said she has some admin experience.

I can only hope she doesn't take the position. :confused3 I guess I still have a slight chance.

This has really been a bad week. :headache:

   and "Dust Stuff" to both of you. There are a few DISers in a funk lately. C'mon BOBers, let's snap out of it....it's Springtime!

Thanks for letting us know about that link, Cheryl and Andy! It's fun to watch!

Morning all. Sunny but cooler here today.

Doing yardwork today.

Good morning to all.

We had another day of bride dress shopping to no avail. :sad1: That girl is just too darn picky. She's going to end up wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt if she doesn't find something soon.

Jesse's parents threw an Engagement party for everyone at a resort yesterday and we did have a lot of fun. We went out for dinner but the place was swamped with prom goers, so we had to wait over 1 hour for tables. The waitress was crappy, the food was lousy and cold, and Chuck and I footed the entire bill. YIKES!! 9 adults with alcoholic beverages, appetizers, dinners and desserts.

Anyone want to guess the final bill (including mandatory 18% tip)?

But, great conversation and time spent with family is truly priceless, right?
:lovestruc :lovestruc :lovestruc :lovestruc :lovestruc :lovestruc

I'm really hoping for a little down-time today though. I sure could use a day with nothing to do....except work on my DIStag gifts! :rotfl2: (Really). :lmao:

Becky, sorry to hear about Sean's Grandmother. We'll keep her and him in our thoughts.

What type of food or which restaurant first.

Regarding the 18%, let me guess automatic because you had more than 6, or 8, correct? If service was crappy, then I would have talked to the manager about the "automatic" tip.
