Morning everyone ... it's been raining like crazy here since last night and I think I'm going to have hitch a ride on a barge to cross the MO river to get to work this morning.

I just wanted to tell you all to have a great day - I'm "offline" at work due to meetings most of the day. Biggest corporate waste of time ever ... meetings. We all get together and bring down the collective IQ of the company by encouraging stupid ideas ...

BTW, don't tell my boss I just said that, OK?

I too hate meetings. They are such a waste of time.

No, it is not. The only good thing are the Mickey Rice Krispie Treats. We get a few of those and then take off.

They give you a bottle of water too, so we'll take that with us, put it in the fridge and use it when we go ashore.

We went to the CC reception on our 2005 cruise and it was terrific ... tasty snackables, fruit carvings, free drinks ... that awesome green montster drink: Castaway Punch.

Are you saying it's all gone?

Geez ... at this rate there's nothing left for us to do on the ship but drink coffee and go to the spa ... and eat.

New character breakfast sounds like it's worth missing ... we don't do the shows ... now the CC reception is sucky ... anything else worth missing?

Good morning/afternoon all....

Back at work today, but I have a dry basement. It rained last night, but no water in the basement this morning!

Here's the most boring photo I will ever post on the DIS:

They had to bust up the floor, put in the sump and that duct under the window....but hopefully it works!

Just got back from dropping "the kid" off at school, her Spring Break begins tomorrow.

I think Hazel and I are going out for an early lunch while "the kid" is still in school, she gets out at 2:06 this afternoon.

Andy hope you have a better day today! I told Woody I was going to pack a bag and drive up to Jersey to stay with Lena so you two kids can get away for some "alone" time.

As promised from last night, here is the Mickey I drew during the Ducky Williams "Draw Mickey" class during our August 2004 cruise. Now remember, this was my first attempt ever of drawing Mickey.........

Those are really great!!! We had a draw Mickey for his birthday one year at the store and I won! Didn't look as good as yours though Andy!

I just scanned in this pic of Mickey, it was the card that was in our cabin inviting us to the Castaway Club Members gathering in August 2004. I was thinking of maybe writing in the date and time on Mickey's hand in the pic.
