Good Morning all....

Yes, it's early (here anyway)... insomnia is rearing its ugly head. So, I'm catching up and then surfing the web for some new recipes to try next week.

Andy - I loved all the pics. Not only can I not wait to see St. Thomas, but I also can't wait to meet you and your family, as well as all the other BOBers I haven't met yet! We're going to have an awesome cruise, guys!

Karen - 16 days for Easter?!?! WOW - that's a long school break. I'm not sure I know how the school calendar works in the UK - do kids get a long summer break also? Our kids here get a week for spring break (which this year coincides with Easter week - it doesn't always).

Ok, off to search the web for some new things to try....I'll let the BOBalosers know if I find anything that looks good.

Good morning Karen, Heather and Jen.(I think it's still morning in the UK right now).

Time to load the fuel for the next cruise leaving later this day

Were you drinking when you took this pic Andy? Tsk, tsk. :goodvibes

Well, that's it folks, that's our August 2004 cruise photos. I hope you enjoyed looking at them.

Sure did enjoy them. Each and every one. You've been on a cruise since then right? Let's see those pics now.

I loved the picture of the Magic with the other cruise ships too. It made the Magic look so much bigger than the others. :woohoo:

Hi Jen - yes - the UK Easter hols are always long. Wewent to WDW the year before last but it was soooooooo crowded and they were all british:lmao:
Then they get 6 weeks in summer:rolleyes:

He was a nightmare this morning - a 10 minute arguement over putting his coat on:confused3. I'm at my wits end with him. His Daddy came home last night and had a talk to him,but its made no difference. He was even rude to me infront of the teachers this morning. I wished them good luck as I left him with them:lmao:

Good morning Karen (I think it's still morning in the UK right now).:

Yep - its only 10.50am. Housework all done, (I'm ignoring the ironing pile), so I'm just debating whether to go to the gym or not:rolleyes: - I should do:rolleyes1 ... its my last chance for a while so I'll probably go in a while.

Just bought a king size mattress topper off one of the shopping channels.
We have a double bed at the moment but (when we've got some money) we're upgrading to a king size.

Anyone else got memory foam? I love it. If i put the new one on top of the old one I'll have 5 inches of memory foam to sink into on top of the mattress:cloud9:

We're going to do St John....somewhere we've not been before.

We plan on going there too (well that is the thought right now).

We want to do Trunk Bay. Our problem is do we do it on our own or through DCL. I'm still having this thought in the back of my head that getting back is going to be an issue and to go through DCL. Yet, with DCL, the cost is higher and the time there is shorter. So then part of me says to go to Meghan's Bay, but we've done that already.

Decisions, decisions.

No, just hanging over the side of our verandah, trying to get a full length shot of the barge, and hoping I didn't drop my camera at the same time........:rotfl:

You should be able to rotate that in photobucket thought Andy. :thumbsup2

The pics from the cruises we took after this one were already posted on the previous BOB'er threads. For some reason, I never got around to adding our August 2004 cruise to my webshots account until yesterday.

You come at Easter and it was soooooo crowded, yet you plan on Christmas week now? :confused3 You are one crazy Aussie.

As for summer, the kids here are off about 12-13 weeks. They get less throughout the year. Typically only 1 week + 1 day at Easter and about a week and a half at Christmas. There are some long weekends then throughout the year.

Slept in again today Andy? Wait until you have to go back to work and get up early.

Must be still a little tired though. Haven't seen our Good Morning picture yet. That is your signature. :thumbsup2

Our kids here get 10 weeks off for Summer Break, 4 days off for Spring Break and around 10 days off for Winter Break.

When do they get out for summer and when do they go back?

WI kids in public school are out the 1st or 2nd week in June but are not to go back until after Labor Day (state law).

Our DS is out on 5/30 this year and usually goes back on the Tuesday before Labor Day (private schools aren't under the state law). He'll be missing the first few days of next school year. :rolleyes1

I had trouble falling asleep last night. I got reading a couple threads on the main cruise forum board and before I knew it, it was after midnight. It was after 1am before I finally fell asleep. The only reason I got out of bed when I did was because I needed to get the trash out front so it could be picked up as I heard the trash truck coming up the street. It was raining too hard to put the trash out last night.

Nah, I just gave out a quick "Good Morning" today, figured I posted enough pics last night.........

Oh, as I was reading last night, I found out the two new Disney ships will be sailing out of Port Canaveral when they are ready for sailings.

Our kids don't get out until the mid to late June and go back the Thursday after Labor Day. It is usually about 10 to 11 weeks off I guess.
