Having discussed are up coming REPO cruise with our "Jolly planner" we've had a change of heart about our DL stay,were now going to stay at the Desert inn and Suites,saving about $800...Fluff part 2

Are you still meeting up with us on the Friday before the cruise?

Its 7.45pm here - Neil went to work an hour ago...Ellis will be in bed in a short while and the remote control for our bedroom sky box has disappeared (In other words Ellis lost it ) so I'll have to occupy my time with something ...Maybe I'll fluff a while

I reckon it went missing when Ellis knocked my glass of water all over my side of the bed 2 days ago. Its not in the laundry when we quickly scooped off the bedding.... its not under or behind the bed...

I just made the deposit on this cruise today with DU. They really do have excellent service and prices!

I am so excited to be cruising with the famous Konked Kruisers.

There are myself (single mom, 28) and DS Jaryd (currently 11, will be 12 by cruise time).

We have never cruised DCL before but will be experiencing it on the 5 night special double dip 9/1/2008 (my 29th birthday).

Talking about kids and awkward situations.....DS went through a phase when he was a toddler/preschooler and he didn't like to ride in the shopping cart. He'd start yelling "help me, help me!" when I tried to put him in!

Some comedian came up with this idea that I've used a few times:

"Go on little boy/girl, go find your mother/father"

I loved doing this to Sean!
He'd go "But you are my mother!"

I'd respond:" Oh, no little boy you must be mistaken, go on now.... shoo!"
