Good morning peeps

Ellis' first day back at school today. I hope this year is more successful

Trying to get back into my routine today too, and back to weight watchers this morning - I've put at least 2lb on

Oh well, todays a fresh start. - I have 6weeks to lose 40lb

Are you flying back on United to SFO? Through LAX?

Actually, our flight is on Continental. Can't remember the layover but I end up in Sacramento. I like Sac better than SF. I really hate driving to SFO (although when we go to London I'll be using SFO, I plan on using BART to get there and I'll see if that is any better.) and it is usually cheaper to use Sac.

Well, I completed my first full day as Charge Nurse for the ED. It was busy and I kept having problems after problems. I managed to make it through w/o any serious issues though.

I did manage to completely p*ss off the head MD of cardiology. (however, I ended up being right which is it's own reward) and Annoying the snot out of the assistant medical director for the ER. But all in all I had a successful day. Let's see if they ever let me do it again.

Already up to 3500 steps so far today. Off to school in an hour to clock up some more in the playground with the kids

Good morning everyone and Happy Labor Day to all my fellow American BOBers. It will be a pretty lazy day for us today. We are having a cookout with our neighbors. Burgers and hotdogs for the kids, steaks for the adults.

This starts a little bit of a busy time for us. Elaine told me she has no free Saturdays until the cruise. Well that is kind of an exaggeration as she is going to see Rascal Flatts with 4 of her friends this Saturday. That is a personal choice not work! Also on Saturday is the Italian Festival in our city. Its a great time where all of the italian restaurants in town go down to the harbor and offer food. No one has the same item, so there is a wonderful variety. You buy tickets and redeem your tickets for the food. A slice of pizza might be two tickets, a bowl of ziti 3 or 4, veal parmigiana 5...you get the idea. I think we may head down there for a couple of hours early on before she heads to Massachusetts for the concert.

Great job on the Bobigator Cass. I was designing my buttons last night. I was trying to use the Waltograph font for our names, but that was presenting challenges for me filling in the text box with color. It just didn't look great. I may just use a standard font. I will be ordering 7 for our entire travel party. I can't believe that Elaine agreed to wear one!!!
