Jeff has requested that his information be removed from the Who's Going Page, however, he and his family are still cruising with us.

I hope all is ok, tell him his fellow numbers crunchers miss him!!

Good morning Heather and Angie:wave2:

Well I'm off, just over at Bob's on my day off and he's already gone to work.
I'm going to a Dr.'s appt then back home to finish my tag gifts and perhaps I'll even attempt a tshirt today.

Hiya Rose....I'm here now. How's the tee-shirt turn out?

Good morning everyone!

Last night I ended up going to New York for the Yankees/Blue Jays game. Elaine was supposed to go with one of her friends, but it fell through. I went last week, so I wasn't really sure I wanted to this week too. Its a money thing, and I got a cruise in 5 weeks! Well, I put the tickets on Stubhub, but because the game is meaningless pretty much, no one was paying face value for the tickets. At lunch yesterday, Elaine said to me, "why don't you call your friend Rick and go to the ballgame. I don't want the tickets to go to waste." I was, "Sweet, ok"

I would've come...but I live a bit too far away. I really want to see anothe baseball game.

You don't get girl scout cookies??? OH NO!! I am going to see if I can pack a box for you in my luggage!

They vary, but most of them are crunchy. The 3 "top" ones are Samoas, Thin Mints and Tagalongs. Here are piccies of them:

Here is the link to the bakery website that shows all of them: http://www.littlebrownie.com/cookies/index.html

They are DIVINE!!! (We don't sell them until February, though... I just have some left over in my freezer!)

Yummy!! I'm getting hungry now.....:woohoo:

Now look what you've done.....gone and made me want some cookies.

Just a big thanks going out to everybody for your support. It's tough, but we'll get through it. Like I said earlier, we're still going on the cruise, since we would lose so much on the trip, plus non-refundable airline tickets. So, we just won't do any excursions while we're out.
Everybody talking about cookies makes me want to smuggle a case of thin mints onto the ship, so I can eat them with my milkshakes! pirate:

You gonna share?:confused3

I'm one of those weird ones:rolleyes: that doesn't care too much for the thin mints, but those tagalongs! Wow! I've eaten whole boxes of them at one time:thumbsup2 (then felt guilty about all those calories and so skipped eating dinner:rolleyes1)

But Angie girl, how the he($ do you still have some in your freezer?
That's incredible, they would never last more than a week at my home!

My thoughts exactly...pass the tagalongs!:rotfl2:

Hiya Chaz! Hope your weather isn't as dreary as it is up here in Virginia - ICKY!!

It's awful here. I have never seen ot rain so much and so hard with out it being some kind of tropical thing. The pool is at the top and the back yard is almost covered!!! Driving back from lunch was scary!!! There is always an idiot going 60 throwing water on everyone so you can't see a thing!!!

This is the third day in a row that it has rained here. The girls are going nuts because they can't take horse riding lessons - the rings are covered in water & all messed up. :sad2:

I was in the Bronx last night, and even switched trains in Harlem!!! :lmao:

Been there done that!!! I know you are too young, but there was a big black out in the 70's and I was working in the city and the lower level tracks of grand central was flooded, we had to get off the comuter line at 125th st and walk to the subway, it was scary, there was looting going on and so many people!!!

Hey, everyone. Just checking in. It's my lunch break and I've just been catching up.

I was hoping Jeff, would chat with us again before the cruise but I'm not sure that he will. I'll have to wait until we're onboard.

Yesterday I was in Lowes and my pulse quickened. They were putting up Christmas lights! Nothing I could use yet but, they were there! Prices on LED's are down too. Yipee!

I'll check back later, probably after everyone has gone to bed.

That would be freaky!

From CT on weekdays to Yankee Stadium, the train switch is at 125th St. Station. All we had to do is get off the train, stand on the platform until the shuttle train came 5 minutes or so later on the adjacent track. Then it was only a 5 minute ride to 153rd St./Yankees Station in the Bronx. Weekdays there is direct service as well as everynight after the game.

Somebody take all his cash & credit cards away from him....;)
