for you, I have a crappy job situation too right now, but I am thankful for the paycheck. But I am working every waking moment with not even a thank you, just how fast can you do three people's jobs!!!

Is anyone ordering (or have you ordered in the past) a gift basket to be delivered to the cabin? (Specifically from Gift Baskets by Shirley)...

If so - what were your thoughts? Like them? Have any pictures to share?

We did baskets in '07 - my DS flipped!

His was a sand pail (and it had his name on it in a "Tigger" font) and it had sand toys, snacks, and then I added a few pirate things also.

The one for the grownups was a bottle of champagne, bottle of wine, and some Reese's PBC (DH's fave) in a tote bag.

I'm debating ordering baskets again, but if I do, I think I'll either just do one for DS or do something else for the grownups. We didn't have a corkscrew, so one of the bottles came home with us!

I was very pleased with the baskets - I think there was a lot of stuff in there for the money - especially the kids sand pails.

(The only reason I may not get ones this time is I don't want my nephews to feel left out if they don't get one, but at the same time I am not going to get baskets for all the cabins since out of the 4 cabins we make the least amount of $$$. I'm weird that way).

I have my transfers all printed now and I have a white t for Ellis, still gotta find a cheap one for Neil and I. .....Neils sooooo excited about wearing it... NOT!

We'll be wearing our t-shirts!!!!

Pete's will have a Jedi Mickey on the back - he can't resist a Star Wars t-shirt!

I'm up to 6500 steps so far and we're just about to walk to the local shops - I'm getting the Jason Mraz cd and the Jonas Bros cd for Ellis for his birthday nano.

Sure stinks doesn't it? By this time in my life I was ready just to keep working until I retire, this job hunting stinks and I am too old to start all over. I don't want to climb the corp. ladder just want to enjoy what I do and get paid for it.......

Angie, I ordered baskets from Shirley for the KK cruise and a couple other cruises. They turned out really nice and it seems like everyone loved them. I don't have pictures cuz I didn't order one for myself.

I had my entire order ready to fire off to Shirley but I was delivered some cr@ppy news at work today and I'm going to have to cancel them all now. Unfortunately, cutting costs on this trip has to begin with the extras....but I won't give up my strawberry smoothies.

This has been Rob's dream for 10 years now. We were really close one year in 2000 but it was scrubbed and rescheduled and we missed it.

Him and Kira watch all the shuttle launches on Nasa Live TV and they do a big countdown. Yes, he is a geek

I thought we were the only ones that did that.
