Hello All,

have a few post to catch up on a few post but I thought I would let you all know that my elliptical attacked me last night and broke my little toe on my left foot (yes the same leg I hurt skiing) :scared1: I went to the doc's today and yes.. broken..lol x-rays to determine if i need to have it "placed" other than that... SUCK IT UP PRINCESS!! nothing you can do for a broken toe..lol princess:

 Awww Chickie. I feel bad for you.

I heard about this on the DIS Unplugged podcast, something about a family getting to stay overnight in the Haunted Mansion. This site has 4 videos of the family's experience there:

Cool stuff Rose. :thumbsup2 I wish I could be a Sutton.

Hey everyone. Just checking in. Have a little bit of time while I'm waiting for reports to run. The end is in sight (just have reports for the Auditors, but not the big crunch after tomorrow). Still a week of constant work thought.

Ahhh, a light at the end of the tunnel, eh Jeff? Just hope it's not an oncoming train. ;)

thats an amazing video.:thumbsup2:cool1:

love that old stuff.:thumbsup2

the way the kids flocked to that "bart" reminds me of woody on toy story before buzz lightyear stole the show and cowboys wernt cool anymore.

that old video reminds me of how we skrimped and saved to buy a movie camera when michael was born in 1977. didnt have sound. we'd come home from wdw, watch the movies on the projector and play disney records in the backround.:grouphug: good times.:wizard:

wow, i'm really showing my age here.:scared1:

Way cool! that must have been a blast for your family. I remember the few times Mom broke out the projector and we got to see the old movies. They were very special nights.

Excellent Steve. Everyone looked like they had a great time.

thanks they did. I finally watched the video from start to finish myself today. I was stuck inside controlling the soundboard and never got to see what was going on.

I'm so checking that out.

I should be getting close to my 7 posts-a-day goal. maybe I'll exceed it today. Doubt it I'm pretty tired!

I was going to work on our T-Shirts and Door magnets tonight but... Maybe after a nap.

I took Stuart out for his Birthday lunch today and Started Detailing the Explorer, I hope to put it up for sale later this week. That's what really wore me out. It's hot in Ceres Today. Up over 100 degrees. Yecch!

Monday morning FO

:welcome::welcome::welcome: Chris and Family. Ask as many questions as you like. Hopefully someone will know the answer. Loads of info on page 1.

Yes, it's normal with Palo brunch. Rockin Bar D when you embark on the 24th is the place to head for 1st. They keep places back.

My name is Heather and my DH is Rick. We'll be joining you from the UK and can't wait.

What are your plans pre and post cruise?

Thanks for the welcome. We have a week at WDW prior and have planned the Beach Blast excursion, Top of the Mountain/Butterfly Farm and Castaway Ray. After the cruise its time to head home.

Morning all

We had a great day in the Dells yesterday. Steve, I told Tony what you said yesterday and if there is any way you can get that Wisconsin Dells footage onto your computer and over to us we'd love to see it!

:yay:Welcome to Chris and Stacy and welcome back to Queenie. :yay:

Sorry to hear the 1st timers couldn't get their Palo ressies. It looks like it's pretty rare to be able to get any for the 75 day mark. We couldn't book ours on our first cruise either and had to go to RBD to get them too. I remember feeling a bit upset too thinking that ESPECIALLY for 1st timers, they need to let you book on that day. When you get on the ship you really want to be able to take it all in and not stand in some line for reservations instead.
Mini-rant over. ;)

Hope everyone has a great day. :dance3:

Thanks for the welcome.

Welcome Chris!! You won't slow the thread down at ALL - jump right in with any questions!

My name is Angie and this our first cruise too! I'm travleing with my hubby Dave and 2 daughters - Abby and Becca (ages 11 and 8).

From what I understand, DCL didn't release ANY new brunch spots and we SHOULD be able to book it onboard (hopefully - we were hoping to do that as well)

Welcome again!!

We are both culinary grads and have heard so much about the brunch that we were both disappointed when it wasnt available. I'll keep trying. Our Becca is 8 years old as well. She just celebrated her birthday a few days ago. Is your daughter going to be registered in the Oceaneer Lab? Thanks again for the welcome.

Good morning everyone. I hope that those of you that made online ressies last night enjoyed yourself despite Palo brunch being locked out. That just doesn't seem right to me. I was fortunate to get ours at the 90 mark, and within a couple minutes of me getting them, they were all gone. This was around 12:02-12:05. That just seems insane to me!

Welcome aboard Chris! I am Chris, my wife is Elaine, our DD 9 and DS7, my parents and sister will be cruising with us. We are from Connecticut.

Feel free to jump on in. This is a great bunch of people and there are plenty of DCL experts among us.

Thank you for the welcome. Do you have any suggestions on excursions. We have booked some but want to make sure they are worth the time and $$$. Any suggestions or reviews?

Welcome to another Chris :goodvibes We have a few on this cruise already, so when in doubt, I will just say HI Chris and hopefully I'm right :goodvibes:lmao:

Would you like me to add you to the list on page one???

Trust me, you won't slow this thread down :rolleyes1

Steve, I can tell you were tired but the title of your video :rotfl2::rotfl:

Sure you can add us to the list on page 1. Thanks again.

My Son, Stuart's Birthday was today, he also is 8.

These Red Sox fans are cranky too. Unbelievable how fall they've fallen in such a short time.

By then the Sox will not be playing so who knows if Dan will be wanting a seat!

HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, DI!!! Sorry I missed it.

WELCOME to the 2 new cruisers I just read about. I am Nancy K & my DH is Dan. We are retirees. We've been on 3 4-day cruises but this will be our first 7 day cruise. This is a great group of folks. Some we've known for a while, some we've only met once, and others we only know from this board. But it's become one big family!

N

Hey Nancy and Dan lets not give up on the Sox now. They have plenty of time. Go Sox Go!!!! Thanks for my birthday wishes. Oh yeh, the last cruise red sox was on every night with Cleveland. that was fun to run back and forth from Diversions to Rocking Bar D.

We had another great riding day. 347 miles from Keystone, South Dakota to Billings, Montana. It was a nice day. no rain. we got to see elk, deer, prairie dogs on our ride today. We also went to Little Bighorn Battlefield. I must have slept through this class when I was in high school. Did not remember anything. Of course, Walt remembered everything. The smart cookie he is. He also is the best Harley driver and tour guide in the whole world. We are having the time of our life right now exploring the great USA on our motorcycle. This trip we have been so far to 6 states. Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, South Dakota, Wyoming and last of all Montana. We are off to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons for the next three days. They should be fun places to see on the bike. Talk to you all later. diane

Howdy Di. Good to see you on here. Loving all the pics on Facebook. It looks like you are both having such a wonderful time.

That is funny. I am glad he is doing so well. Tommy asked me over the weekend if you had said how he was doing. You have every right to brag he is an amazing young man (just like his gradparents).
Iguess thats the rights of grandparents to brag about her grand kids. We have 5 of them ranging from age 3 to age 20 so Nana and Grampa have to spread out a lot of Love:love::love:
