THanks! Still trying to figure out how I want to prepare them... print on regular paper and then laminate and stick a magnet on the back of them, or print the whole thing on magnet paper..... I'm probably going to have to print it on regular paper because the amount of door signs I have planned right now will price me our of printing them all on magnet paper....

I am doing regular paper this year and laminating them. Last time I did magnet paper.

Tis why I am personalizing all the signs!!

DH keeps reiterating that he wants to RELAX on the boat and I keep telling him that me planning and decorating all this stuff IS relaxing (for me, anyways!)

My DH has given up trying to rein me in....he knows that the door signs and the DIStag game and the t-shirts ad things are fun for me, so he just lets me do what I want now....

BTW - I'm also just printing signs on regular paper and lamitating. Last cruise I did not even laminate them - just mounted my signs on cardstock, and they were fine. The magnet paper can get pricy, and "a penny saved is a penny that can be spent on the cruise instead!"

Well Nana and Grampa are taking care of our two youngest grandkids this weekend while ther mom and dad have a get away weekend celebrating there 10th anniv. It doesn't seem possible . Our oldest son and wife will be celebrating there 18th this yr. Nancy and I will make it to 43 this yr HA HA where has the time gone.

Word to the wise. However much you want to think that all cruisers are honest...well it's a Disney cruise after all, please make sure you secure your fish extender. I use a large cable tie. I've heard horror stories, where fish extenders have gone missing. Someone took a shine to it and decided to help themselves.

Wow! I wouldn't have thought of that. I'll need to remember to place a tie in one of the pockets. I'll need to also stow something away to cut it. when we are leaving.

I looked for Magnet paper but didn't find it. I used regular paper instead. When I printed out my signs, they were horribly banded. My old printer is really not doing so well lately. So I burned a CD with all my images and took it straight to Staples and had them print them out and laminate them for me. WOW they looked GREAT! A few days later my In-laws gave me a gift certificate for my birthday and I used it to buy a new printer. I keep meaning to print some pics out on it to test it but I'm, as usual, working too much to remember to do it.

No, I think those semi's haul around people's belongings when they move. Mike and Robin would know better, but those might be the Vinylmations (sp?) they collect on the outside of that truck.

I love the shows Mike and some of them have afternoon shows as well, so leaves the evening free.

I forgot about that Heather. Good idea. Good job on the bonus point too.

I read a thread once where someone saw two of them floating in the water! I added more ribbon to ours to make it sturdier. Heather, since I still have yours (and it's pretty thin too) would you like me to add a sturdier ribbon to yours too? I'd be happy to.

I could ask a DISboard tech I suppose, but would rather just ask here.

I sent out a couple pm's within the last month and the people said they never received them, yet they show up in my "sent" box. I know you can place a DISer on "Ignore" but I thought that only hid the contents of their posts on a thread. I don't really think these DISers would put me on "ignore" and if they did, I have different problems then.

Anyone know what could be happening? First my regular emails get blocked from afeg (although we've gotten around that now ) and now this. You guys trying to tell me something?

Hey MG. You guys are going to MNSSHP on the 22nd right? I can't remember exactly. If it's the 23rd, then, that is when I bought our tickets for. If not, it'll be a bummer to miss you. I decided against the 22nd because we land at 7:15pm and by the time we were checked into a room and at the Magic Kingdom i'd be mostly over.

Hi all,
Just want to pop in and say happy "cruisiversary" to my UK sis Heather. It was a year ago today Sean and I met Rick and her at the Grand Californian Hotel at DL. Seems like it's been forever since the EBPC cruise. Miss all my PC cruise tablemates.

We are off to see the sequoias today. Going to Muir Woods with some friends. 100 national parks are free today. We thought about going to Yosemite, but decided to try something new. Everyone have a great Saturday!
