So I called Disney this morning to see if I could change the time on an ADR for Sci-Fi Dine In. No such luck

Can you believe that on a Monday evening the only opening for us at Sci-Fi was either 3:30pm or 7:15pm.

This is at 88 days out!!! What the heck is going on over there at the Studios that day??? I got all my other ADR's at the time I wanted or within 15 mins of what I wanted.

I only have one more left to make tomorrow

We have a crash test site here in the county I live in and a couple of my x-ray tech friends took x-rays of those "real dummies" after the crashes.

Bob's daughter is coming in the first week in August and staying for 3 weeks.

We went to Selly Manor today - A Tudor building near us. - (Ellis is doing a project next term about the Tudors so we thought we'd get in some early learning)

We had the whole place to ourselves! There wasnt a single other visitor!

In each room there were booklets telling you about the furniture and odd things of interest. Heres a page from the revolting remedies of the Tudor time

Followed by picnic time!

This area is in the Cadbury area (the chocolate factory).Mr Cadbury moved his factory from the city centre where his employees at the time lived in pverty and the slums to a huge farm land area. He built them housing, recreation areas etc. There was just one problem.... He was a Quaker so no pubs were built in the area

Uck, I've been cleaning and tidying for hours. I've just tackled the understairs cupboard. It was one of those places you just stuff things with the intention of coming back to it later.... only you never do

Well, now its so empty that Ellis and I could get in there and hide together!

Took forever, but I feel good its done.

I blew my points last night

I was great all day and did loads of steps to earn an extra 1.5 points, but then I had 2 glasses of wine and thats when my resolve disappeared

Ever tried Aero bubbles? - oh my god! - they're georgous! I had about 20 Theyre probably about 1 point for 3

Been good today, but nowhere near my steps even though I've been really busy. I'll have to go for a walk - if the rain ever stops

It was lovely this morning, its been raining ever since... and this is traditionally the hottest and driest part of the year

Its rained almost constantly the whole of July here.

Tonight I'm having a WW pizza - 6 points with salad. I'm up to 7 points so far, so I can save 6 points if I dont eat anything else tonight

I really need to knuckle down - My first 2 weeks were great, I'm slipping already
