Just back from todays walk - almost 7000 steps - well on the way to todays target, although sitting at the hairdressers for 2 hours wont help

I finally got booked into having my hair cut and coloured this afternoon - well overdue - I'm trying to grow it back into a Bob, (for the Bob!)so I'm at the "in-between looks a mess no matter what you do" stage

Not good, just can't get back on track. Did make it to the gym three days, got stuck at work yesterday. Working from home today so I will get there for the lunch hour class.

Boy, did we get some rain yesterday evening and there was some fantastic lightning and thunder. More forecast for today as well.

Heather are you in London? My DS is there right now and of course he didn;t listen to his mother and take an umbrella. I haven't heard from him since Tuesday in Amsterdam.

I'm just hanging out here wondering whether to go to work tomorrow or drive anywhere or could it take weeks?

For me, about three days. Had a sharp pain up high, felt like I was going to vomit, then a burning sensation as it went down the tube, then poof, done. Made an ear ring to go with the necklace........

We've been in and out of the doc's this week--school physicals and trying to get Emily's stomach pain diagnosed. They drew blood. She fainted. Then I had to sit down because I was starting to go as well. What can I say? We are delicate southern belles.

OUCH!!! Chuck had a kidney stone a few years ago and the Dr told him it was the same as giving birth. Chuck looked at me and said "Sorry...twice".

Good morning everyone. I have a busy Friday today. I have to go to Hartford to pick up some checks today this morning. While that isn't "hard" work, it still takes a couple of hours of time. This afternoon the IT guy is coming to fix my desktop at the office. He is scheduled for 1:00, but never is on time, so it could be a LONG afternoon.

This is what I did with my BOBer Itinerary. But since we aren't doing mnsshp on the 31st, I'll replace this with my new one.

Today, I'll be making one for each of my other two cruises and will frame those too.
