Ok..... I decided NOT to do the MNSSHP. I would LOVE to do it, but as tight as our schedule is getting home, I don't want to rush home on Sunday and then be stressed out at work on Monday morning....

Whew..... just BREATHE - calm down..... Hee hee hee.

Next year we will just have to go down to WDW and do it!

Yeah I have always been curious about the mods as well. We have always stayed in a value, but I really like the theming at Port Orleans Riverside. The price difference over the value for the one night was only $22 so I decided to go with the mod. I figure since we are there for a good part of the day, we will have a nice pool, water sports (I might rent a boat), and we will probably take the boat to DTD for lunch. I am thinking T-Rex or Rain Forest Cafe. The CM I talked to said I could make ADR's tomorrow, so I might make that choice even this evening.

If we stayed a week, which is what we are planning for our next trip, I would really like to stay somewhere other than a value, so this will wet our appetite a little bit. I have a feeling Elaine will like it and think it is worth the extra $$. If not, then back to the All Stars we will go. I could be kicking and screaming though!!! :lmao:

Didn't like Port Orleans French Quarter. Found it to be very dark. Preferred Caribbean Beach.

So I had my psych exam yesterday for my surgery. I passed with flying colors. I guess I am not as coocoo for cocopuffs as I think I am.

I also applied for 2 other jobs within my school district. 1 would be a pay raise and the other would be at the pay scale I am now but would put me back to 12 months. I kind of want the latter since it is at the district office which would let me take time off at any time during the year. Whereas the first one with the pay raise is nice, but may have to take time off when kids are out, but that makes it difficult with Sean's schedule.

Excellent news Sis. Good luck with the applications. I'm keeping my figures crossed.

Ok Mike - you STINK!!! You have me looking at the MNSSHP now! :-) :lmao:

I think I have talked myself into wanting to go, now just got to see if Dave will come with!!

Question about the St. John Trunk Beach Excursion....

If we go on that excursion, will we still have some time to go up on on the Paradise Point thingy?? (wow - that's official...)

Right now, we don't have anything planned for St. Thomas/St. John except for the Paradise Point ride.... but since so many Bobers are going on this excursion, it may be a lot of fun - as long as the ferry ride over to St. Johns is nice and we can see lots of neat things!

Yes, think so. The excursion finishes at 1.30pm and the last tender (if we do have to tender) is about 4pm.

Right, better get back to my chores:rolleyes:. I have 3 gifts to wrap and then some sewing to do, then I'm calling it a night.

Its been a loooooooooooooong day. After that I'm having a looooong bubble bath with a large glass of merlot. Yes,.... I've already ran out of WW points, and no,..... I dont care:rolleyes1 (sorry Miss Conscience Heather:flower3:)

Karen are y'all doing Paradise Point Thingy on your own or with DCL?

We were thinking of doing it on our own. It was a bit more expensive as the DCL one you have to take a taxi.

To my fellow British Bobers the pound climbed above $1.65 today so we "should" see it above $1.72 shortly.......:rolleyes1

Dave and Bev are due to leave for the US on Wednesday. The £ always does well while they are away.:rotfl2:

I must remember....next February.....don't get Sean angry. We won't like him when he's angry!:thumbsup2;):rotfl2:
