DH just informed me that he has a REAL job and doesn't have time to chat all day . (He was being a mite bit sarcastic). He's an auditor and I told him all he does is tell people they are doing their job wrong - he doesn't do any actual work!!

He'll hop on just to get to know you all. Having my 11 year old join the kids board as well (when she's not grounded from the computer!)

Auditor, it's summer, it should be down time.

As for telling people what they do wrong, I still remember having to put T accounts up on a white board to show our auditors how one of our endowments works. Funny thing is, our president walked in while I was doing it.

He's an Internal Auditor for Dominion Power company -so there really isn't any down time for him.

I LOVE T accounts! (Accounting nerd alert!!) My old boss hated them, but to me - they just made sense (guess it was the way I learned it in college).

It's not my fault I'm not busy - we are doing a huge software upgrade of which I am going to have a major role in, but contracts are under review at lawyer and will take a month or 2.... so, I sit and surf (not complaining!)

We're actually looking at RCCL, NCL and Princess for 2010. They are much cheaper. We can get a mini-suite w/ balcony on an 8 night for around $2,700 for the 3 of us. I don't remember the itinerary, but it did go to other islands than DCL.

There are some great prices around.

I remember that room Chris. Did you have it on the Wonder or Magic? We had 5522 on the Wonder and 5022 on the Magic. We have 5022 again this cruise. We have 5020 on the 10/23/09 Magic and I think 5022 on the Wonder sailing 10/24/09 (we may sail the Wonder before it leaves FL - Suz would rather sail ON the Wonder while it leaves FL through the PC).

We've also had two Deck 2 Cat 9's, a Cat 7 on an upgrade, and then a Cat 6 (booked that room for our first cruise - wanted to do it all the first time we sailed, now we do it on the cheap ).

Anyone ever been able to use their Iphone on the cruise? I'm reading up on it and would love to be able to surf a little on the net (without having to pay for it)

We used the wifi service and found it to be quiet good. Can't help you with Iphone though.

It comes and goes. I just attributed it to the race for the . Seems to slow down each time we come to one. If that continues, we may need to move those to the 500th and 1,000th posts only. Less slow downs.

How long do you actually spend in your cabin???

We balance that out with the cost of the cabin and we go for a cat 11 every time.
