This is where I take the girls on our weekday morning walks....

We throw tennis balls and they swim and catch them. Poor Stitch, Lilo almost always gets it

Kira loves to throw rocks in the river...

Cute, Cute!:cutie:

I think a lot of people who are renting cars aren't returning them until the next morning. The port car rentals tend to close early like around 4pm and several of us won't be there by that time.

Since Im coming in on Thurs my car will be long since turned in. But I'm not sure that I even want to go that morning. I know Laura won't go. Stuart and I may need to bum a ride if we decide to go.

I'm a night owl and usually only fall asleep around 2-3 am so I won't be going :sad2: But there's a few people going so I am sure you could bum a ride with them ;)

Just got back from dinner with my hubby and on the way home, we stopped at Target. I always stop by their dollar section at the front and some of their stuff was 75% off (Mike - that means the dollar stuff is only 25 cents:rotfl2:)

Well, they had some really cute Disney stuff - pencils, crayons, notebooks, etc - great stuff for the Dis Tag!! I'm so excited because it's the first thing I have gotten for the cruise.....

Makes it all the more real!

Won't be on too much tonight - have a killer sinus headache! :headache:

I am looking back at emails from Dreams Unlimited and Sue Ellen gave me a date of July 26th. I guess it switched to the 90 day window instead of 105 days. That really sucks. I hade my heart set.....

I absolutely hate to feel cheated. Apparently they have cut back. We will still enjoy this package but I thought part of package included getting to book early. It surely costs enough.....

Hi Paige. :wave2:

What all does the REAS include?

BTW where has Lori been lately. I haven't seen her on here.

Matthew

P.S. The crowds at WDW weren't nearly as bad as I thought they would be for the week around July 4th. How was it when you guys were there recently?

Harper's Island 2 hour season finale!:cool1::thumbsup2:woohoo::yay:

I'm all alone too.
Sean's off to see the new Bruno movie...
Bob's at home.

I'm making myself taco dip and gonna sit with that and a nice glass of wine!:thumbsup2

Hiya Matthew. Good to here. Rick and I check out on the 23rd and head on down to the Raddison.

Any pics from your trip?

Oh well, we will probably be running around anyway. We plan to get to the Beach Club around noon. We'll head to EPCOT or the Studios most likely.

Pics will be coming soon. (Either later tonight or Sunday) :thumbsup2

Matthew

Hey everyone...just settling the kids down and watching POTC At Worlds End. I really like this one for some reason.

I will have a car at the Port until the morning of the 24th. If I go to the park to see the Magic come in it will be a spur of the moment decision.

Opinions please? We're going there the day we get off the ship before we fly home. We havent been for about 15 years! How much was it in?, parking, how long did you spend there? Suitable for a 9 year old?

I would definitely recommend KSC, especially with a 9 year old boy. We had not been for about ten years. It is MUCH better than the last time we were there. It comes out to about $35 per person. That includes pretty much everything though. The bus tour is excellent. They have constructed a viewing stand that is four stories tall. At the top, there is even an air conditioned viewing room (Windows all around). There is a small gift shop and snack bar at the ground level. You can stay as long as you want since buses run every 15 minutes. Just get on the next bus when you're ready. The next stop is the Saturn 5 Center. This is a much larger area with exhibits, a larger gift shop, food court, etc. (And of course, the Saturn V rocket laying on its side inside the building.) The final stop takes you to the area where they test and prepare modules and other items bound for the International Space Station. (Very Cool) :thumbsup2 Then its back to the main visitors complex. They have a new motion simulator ride that simulates a shuttle liftoff. This is included in your admission price. The seating is very similar to Star Tours at Hollywood Studios (Except that you seem to lift up to a 90 degree angle.) Very intense, don't miss it. Oh, and there are a few IMAX movies that are free as well.

We got there just after the 9:00 AM opening. Parking is free. We left at 4:30 PM.

All in all this was a great day and a great value for the money.

Is that enough of an endorsement for ya. :thumbsup2

You won't be disappointed.

Matthew :flower3:

For my Beer Drinking Friends,

Had a Boddingtons Draft Ale with Bangers and Mash (Grilled (3) British sage sausages with whipped potatoes, onion gravy and spicy mustard) for lunch on Friday with my Harley Friends. The beer was an excellent Ale. :thumbsup2

OK, question time...

I just went to My Disney Cruise and discovered that Megan (Age 11) is no longer eligible for the Oceaneers Lab. It shows that on the Magic, it is only for 8 to 10 year olds. However, on the Wonder it is for 8 to 12 year olds.

Where do the 11 year olds go on the Magic? They are presumably too young for the teen club. (aren't they?)

What are the cutoffs for the teen club? Megan will turn 12 on the cruise.

Thanks for any replies...

Yep it worked. I got my Palo ressies and my excursions. In St Maarten, we are doing Under the Two Flags Tour and in St. John we are doing the Mini Boat Adventure.

Heather--the mini boat excursion is scheduled for 7:30 am - noon. Just FYI for your planning.

I am a happy camper now. Sherri, thanks again for your help. I was getting all worked up for nothing.:scared:

Good job, We are also going to do the two flags tour!! On St Thomas we are doing our ouwn thing, up on the tram and then a taxi to Saphire beach!!

When is the group brunch going to be?

I scheduled our brunch for Sunday, at 10:30am. Maybe we'll be there at the same time....

I will ask for Sunday at 10:30. I have more than 14 though so........

Took DS #1 to airport this am, he is off to Europe!!! I am praying they make good - safe choices but still have a good time!

I think i am out too.

See you all tomorrow!

Saw some F-15's or 16's today while commissary shopping at Eglin. Thought about you!!!! Our local airport shares the runway!! I never get bored watching them!!!

Alex was 11 on the last cruise and went to the lab. There is a program for them there for 11-12 year olds. At least that's how it was.:confused3
