10/24/2009 Bash On the Boat (I'm with B.O.B.) - Thread 24

Good Morning all.....

Both my boys are still sleeping - we went to a fireworks display last night out at a lake about 1/2 hour drive from home. It was cool - we watched the fireworks from a boat. However, we got home about 3 hours past Thomas's bedtime!

Karen - I am also SOOOO anxious for the cruise! I purposely left some stuff to do (my t-shirts, door signs, etc) so I'd have stuff to keep me occupied whilst waiting for the cruise.

I am meeting Pete's folks Sunday and my SIL will be calling in to discuss shore excursions - that will be fun. I want to get eveyone sorted by the time the booking window opens up. It looks like Pete and I may be doing separate excursions on St. Maarten - he is going to do the 12 metre regatta with his dad, and I think I may do the under 2 flags tour....provided Thomas is comfortable in the clubs again.

Well, I suppose it's time to get going.....

Wimbledon update...the final between the two Williams sisters has just started. Venus has just one he first game and it's a bit slow.

Spent over $1000 already on the ferret. Rikki is at the vet all weekend in an incubator and being bottle fed and IV fluids.
Already I'm in debt way too far. (probably shouldn't even cruise honestly)

Please hope for Rikki to make a turnaround by Monday because I told them that after that projected figure, if she doesn't seem any better then I really can't afford to go any further.

And believe me, it will hurt to say/do that.

I just visited with her yesterday, and she was so sweet and happy to see me.
But only perked up a bit before wanting to curl up under a blanket and hide again.

They are all still sleeping here too. Don't know what time DS #1 got in. I started watching some creepy movie- One missed call, I don't usually like scarey but I am still watching

Good morning everyone! It looks like the WI DIS meet was a blast. We are planning a good day in Georgia today. We are having a mini family reunion with the southern contingent of Elaine's family. A big BBQ and a day beside the pool. It should be a fun time.
