10/24/2009 Bash On the Boat (I'm with B.O.B.) Thread 23

Hello all,

I am bushed!

This has had to been one of the most rollercoaster weeks of my life!! one day everything is going good house is on par... next day something goes wrong may lose house due to bank being slow... next day everything worked out everything is good and on a roll again... next day bank needs more info will cause delay... next day it all went through again so we are good...

I can't wait till my biggest worry is just packing and moving in..lol I think the hardest part has been keeping our spirits up and sleeping thru the night..lol

The next bad part is our company has finally been hit with the "were slow" bug and they have closed the production floor every friday till after summer so people are losing pay.. but it was that or let people go.. so everyone was more than willing to take the cut in pay to keep the family together... I have thankfully been given the right to stay on fridays tho so no worries there. For any young people out there the key to always keeping your job is to learn everything you can!! if you can be multi tasked you will be the last one to go ..lol

Sean is off to DJ with Rob tonight so i will be taking the chance to go through the closets and such and start the down sizing of our belongings so there is less to move..lol

I am sorry i haven't help move the thread much but this whole thing has been huge to us.. new waters and my arms are getting tired from trying to tread the water..lol

so in short Happy belated birthdays/welcome backs/ hugs to those who need them!/ and I cannot believe how soon we are all gonna meet!!!

I am sorry rachel i have forgotten your age again.. my daughter will almost be 17 when we are on the cruise.. my son will almost be 20.. egads.. i am getting old..lol

lol I don't think anyone has had a smooth house buying experiance..lol but it is definatly a learning curve..lol and as for the job it will be ok I have been pretty much garenteed my job for a long time..lol (I cook lunches for them..lol )

writing a paper on romeo and juliet seems to go much easier when you have nice people to talk to

lol well if it helps I am mentally 14 I think..lol this is our very first cruise and more or less the last family vacation that we pay for..lol my son has graduated and moving on with his life.. so we figured we would go out with a bang..lol

as for the googelys i warn you whenever I get close thats when Jeff comes out of the wood work and staels it..lol so I might be unlucky for you..lol

I am Bernie travelling with husband Sean kids Bailey (almost 17 atoc) and gary (almost 20 atoc) this is our first cruise ever and we are super excited!!!
