Looking at Trip Insurance tonight. Looking to see who will cover financial default now, as opposed to the policy needing to be purchased within 14 or 21 days from INITIAL deposit.

Anyone else NOT get their insurance yet?

No, we usually wait a while. Just got the one for next week. Traveling with the older ladies wanted to make sure we are covered.

Heres my first "soft skin" portrait we took tonight... pretty disappointed with the sharpness

Woooooah! - HUGE photo!

How do I make it smaller?

Juat had to open a new photobucket account as my old one is screwed up:rolleyes: - lost 1000 uploaded photos:rolleyes:

Is it not cheaper to buy a yearly policy?

Which model do you have Heather? Mines a panasonic too.

I've had it quite a while . It's a DMC-LZ1. It's my camera that I use for flower arranging, etc. Wouldn't be happy taking the other one, especially if something happened to it. I can just imagine the grief I'd get.

I have the old DMC fx01 - Easy point and shoot

Looks like you could use a tripod Karen. Keep the camera steady.

I agree. I think it was focusing on the red jumper too as its sharper on the red jumper by his neck:rolleyes:...must try harder next time. We only had 1 minute to do it so no time for a tripod.

Three pages to the end of the thread.

Think we could make a run for it Karen.

Not sure if we have yearly policies or not.

But with my trip to DC, most everything was cancellable except the airline, which would only be $75 to change.

I get the insurance for the cruise in case we miss the ship or need a medical evacuation back to shore. We'll do it also for winter trips when we could get delayed due to the weather.
