Good evening everyone,
I am still in the mountains till sunday morning :goodvibes

Thursday was beautiful and I took some awsome pictures! (to come soon) Friday was skiing day and the hill was soooooo pretty I took some more awsome pic's and tried a few runs I had never done before. Unfortunatly I didn't get to ski past noon as I fell on one run :scared1: and the lovely people of the ski patrol pulled my sorry butt down the rest of the way. I spent 3 hours at Banff springs hospital and confirmed I didn't break anything but I did sprain my knee and it will take 4 to 6 weeks to heal with some physio. So now I hobble with some crutches and a tensor bandage on my knee..lol The owner of the company who took us all skiing felt so bad he hugged me when I saw him later that day  he is a sweetie.
Today we took a driving tour through the mountains up into british Columbia and saw some very fantasic veiws, But this was day 2 of going to far to fast for me and I am spending the evening in the hotel and taking it easy. Tomorrow morning we will have some breakfast and head back to Calgary and then Sean is off to a hockey game with his mom and sis.. I will stay home with my leg up and some ice..lol

So sorry to hear about your knee, I sure know how that feels. Here are some cyber   and :flower3: :flower3: for you Bernie.

trust me.. I didn't want any attention. I kept telling everyone i was fine and tried to walk down the hill (that didn't go well at all) I even have a pic of me bundled in the sled that they dragged me down in.. I was laughing alot.. it's my coping method.. I didn't cry until the doctor started moving my leg around but I am sooooooooooooo sore all over now..sigh.. never used crutches and my arms and "good" leg are killing me :sad2:

Just been for a long walk in Sutton Park. The suns come out. Ellis took his bike. He was riding behind us then thought he'd ride between us as we walked..... well............. he misjusdged the gap - the first I knew was when the handlebars of his bike ploughed into my back and we both ended up in a tangled heap on the floor:headache::headache:

My back is killing me now, same spot as before aswell.:headache:

I'm back on painkillers now, hopefully its just bruised and I'm not back to square one:rolleyes::sad2:

OUCH! I hope it heals soon.:flower3:
