I'm a smelly thread killer

Three weeksI made a list today of 40 things to do in the Easter holidays so hopefully Ellis wont be too bored. We have ages off here for Easter - 3 weeks almost
Its too cold most days to spend too long outside so its hard to occupy him without letting him sit glued to his playstation, ds or wii
I am taking him into the big park by us though for the day, picnic, tennis raquets, football, etc plus my camera (I thought he might like to start taking piccies properly in the woods and by the lake etc and start his own album.) We can also collect leaves, cones etc and make a collage picture. Hopefully the cows, squirrels and rabbits etc will be nearby so he can photograph them too. Then we'll finish off with an icecream before going home
.
I've also bought him 2 thick maths books to work through- I'm not going to be popular when I show him those

I only drink tea, but most people drink both coffee and tea. A "cuppa" usually refers to tea not coffee, just short for "cup of"
I drink a lot of different types... the normal "english breakfast" tea, then fruit teas, herbal teas such as camomile tea etc etc
We dont have a constant pot of coffee warming - do most Americans do that or is that just on tv showsWe also use "instant" coffee (just add water type) rather than the proper ground coffee a lot too, although we do use the other sort sometimes, but its more hassle, especially if only Neil is drinking it.
Ok, thats my English lesson over for the day![]()

I will ask Walt to post a picture when he gets home from golf. He is playing golf today for the first time in a long time. Hope he is not to cold and enjoying. diane
can I borrow your tiger balm Karen? I am assuming thats what your wearing..lol![]()
Thanks for the lesson
Nobody I know has a pot of coffee warming, well, at least not at home, I do know they keep a big pot brewing at work in the morning, but that's nasty stuff, cheap, icky
For some reason when I make coffee at home it's never as good as it is when they make it for me at Dunkin Donuts, so I go there every morning!
On special days, like Sundays or on vacation it's Starbucks!
Yummy flavored fatful lattes! Costly though too.
Bob doesn't get why I can't just save money and make it at home, but
then he's not a coffee drinker so what would he know anyway
That's my coffee lesson for you Karen![]()
